Heavy sweating is a symptom of Florida summertime heat. Weight loss is a symptom of getting shape.

Posts like yours are a symptom of a cancer eating away your soul.

well Candeee..welcome back to FR...seems you havent been around for a bit.
I discounted them because to me they are ridiculous and seems something that a lib would offer as a put down of a candidate. Had you asked something of his votes or his record or his stands, I might have taken you more seriously.
but asking the questions you did makes me wonder what you think is important?
In my opinion Fred is far from slow thinking. And as for running for president so his wife can become co-president? where in the world did you come up with that one? It insults my intelligence. Sorry but it does, and sure should insult yours too.

Looks healthy and energetic to me!

Yup, that is why he married her.

Mitt would be my second choice after Fred, honestly...but I don’t think he’s as electable vs. Hillary. He’ll lose 2% - 3% just for being Mormon, whether we like it or not.

“””I’m probably a moderate Republican myself in some ways, though I am extremely conservative when it comes to illegal immigration, my most important issue.”””

For about eight years, Rosales said, he worked on and off landscaping the grounds at Romney’s home, occasionally getting a “buenos dias” from Romney or a drink of water from his wife, Ann.

“She is very nice,” said Rosales, 49.

About 6 miles away in Copado, a 37-year-old man who recently returned to Guatemala from the United States told a similar story, describing long days tending Romney’s 2 1/2-acre grounds.

“They wanted that house to look really nice,” said the worker, who asked to remain anonymous. “It took a long time.”

As Governor Mitt Romney explores a presidential bid, he has grown outspoken in his criticism of illegal immigration. But, for a decade, the governor has used a landscaping company that relies heavily on workers like these, illegal Guatemalan immigrants, to maintain the grounds surrounding his pink Colonial house on Marsh Street in Belmont.

The Globe recently interviewed four current and former employees of Community Lawn Service with a Heart, the tiny Chelsea-based company that provides upkeep of Romney’s property. All but one said they were in the United States illegally.

The employees told the Globe that company owner Ricardo Saenz never asked them to provide documents showing their immigration status and knew they were illegal immigrants.

“He never asked for papers,” said Rosales, who said he had paid smugglers about $5,000 to take him across the US-Mexican border and settled in Chelsea.

The workers said they were paid in cash at $9 to $10 an hour and sometimes worked 11-hour days.

Romney never inquired about their status, they said.

In addition to maintaining the governor’s property, they also tended to the lawn at the house owned by Romney’s son, Taggart, less than a mile away on the same winding street.

Asked by a reporter yesterday about his use of Community Lawn Service with a Heart, Romney, who was hosting the Republican Governors Association conference in Miami, said, “Aw, geez,” and walked away.

1. Rudy and McCain had cancer too.
2. Who else do we have? FDT is by FAR the best electable candidate we have...it’s not even up for discussion.

And there is simply no argument that Fred has been sweating profusely in his campaign appearances- photos were posted here last week of his shirt drenched in sweat in Iowa. If you could manage to scrape up a bit of objectivity, you would acknowledge that this is a CONCERN...

I don't know, 5 years ago I moved to a tropical climate [the southern Philippines] and when I first got here I sweated my butt off. I ran from my air conditioned apartment to the air conditioned taxis to the air conditioned malls and other air conditioned venues as much as possible.

Now it took me a year or so but I'm now acclimated to the weather and hardly sweat except when exercising or standing in the sun.

But you know I see guys come here on vacation from the States, even southern States and these guys sweat like pigs were as I'm just fine now.

What I’m saying is it wouldn’t surprise me in the least that Thompson up until recently has spent a good deal of time doing his best to avoid the heat and humidity or in other words living in air conditioned comfort and now that he’s having to spend time out in the sun he’s sweating like a pig which isn’t anything out of the ordinary for most people whose bodies haven’t acclimated, let alone a 65 year old guy IMO….

Add a full head of hair to FDT and see how he compares.

The man is bald, which is associated with (but not really a part of) aging and accentuates the wrinkles and aging he has.

And FDT having a trophy wife (for that she is)...

She is not, and you're no gentleman.

I’m concerned that who ever wins the primary must then win in the general election where debates are more important and the democrats will be working overtime to expose the shrewdness of the potential first lady.

In order to win, our candidate needs to be excited enough to bring out excitement for him. I’m concerned that Fred can’t win against the beast.

Good grief, the NYT bathhouse boys are campaigning for the Dims, again, still, always, 24/7/365.

Then Candeee my advice to you would be to arm yourself with fact instead of innuendo and liberal speaking points.

My son was deployed overseas..
one of the things he hated most was how he was constantly drenching wet from sweating. And he also lost weight.
Glad I know hes very healthy and this is a normal body function.

Somewhere on FR, I remember reading that Thompson had a personal trainer, so I wasn’t surprised that he was looking trimmer on the Tonight Show. Of course, the NYT isn’t interested in researching their articles. That would require some effort on their part.

Does anyone here really believe that only Thompson is perspiring when outside in 90+ temperatures and high humidity?

Candeee’s made about 150 posts in nine years.

I don’t post a whole heckuva lot, but man, your questions combined with your history, Candeee, don’t give you much Freeper cred.

The fact that Mitt is a Mormon makes me think that the “real” Mitt is likely conservative and he was just playing pandering to the left wing crowd in Massachusetts.

Isn't that what you meant?

No- I’m right on all of my points.

If he’s even nominated, I’ll probably stay home out of spite. Boring man, Fred, I wouldn’t vote for him.

Yeah, it seems there are some ‘98 vintage posters that pop up after years of not posting to bash people.

Wish I was that meticulous in planning ahead. LOL!
