Apparently that host doesn’t like deep-linking. Give me a moment to get that over to a server I control.
I was actually in SW Houston then, not real far from where I am now, relatively speaking. Like all Houston floods except Allison and Oct 94, I saw it on TV, lol.
ahhh.. thanks :)
I dont know that they do, why?
We now have the official Cat 5.

FORECASTER KNABB
the folks at storm2k are saying that the ring is doubling in size around the eye, and the eye is warming... do you see that?
By the way, some of those stormtracks show Dean crossing all the way to the Pacific! If it gets there, and strengthens up to a tropical storm, I know that it gets renamed into an Eastern Pacific Hurricane, do you know what are the next couple of names are on that list.
Fox News has NO CLUE when it comes to geography. No clue whatsoever.
That’s a compelling bronze. I wonder what the context is.
I saw a guesstimated surge/wave height map a while ago, showing 4-6’ at Cancun/Cozumel; 2-4’ at Chetumal and Belize City (actually Ambergris Caye); and 12-14’ at Punta Allen.
I’ll see if I can find it again.
See 419; that’s the memorial for Hurricane Janet in Chetumal.
No way ...
If it crosses Mexico they’d have to keep the same id assignment. Now ay they’d change names.
I get DNS timeouts on both nameservers.
UPDATE
Fox also has short term memory. Erin is not the first storm to have most of the damage inland.
Those Islands are Isla Holbox (pronounced Holbosh), Isla Contoy, and Isla Mujeres. I have been to Isla Mujeres the last couples of years and it is a wonderful place, completely different than the touristy high rise Cancun. Isla Contoy is a bird sanctuary, no one lives on the island, but is open to tourists by specially permitted boats, and Holbox is even less populated than Isla Mujeres, but seems to have some beautiful boutique style bungalows there. Holbox a beating with Hurricane Wilma. I recommend visiting those small islands if you want a simple, slow paced, inexpensive and relaxed vacation. Isla Mujeres is dear to me with wonderful people and beaches.
