The radar shows this definitely has a northward component to movement....it likely will brush the southern edge of Jamaica, and that is bad for Kingston....will be close enough to get the big winds.

I was at a DQ this afternoon in Los Fresnos. The main road going thru to South Padre Island. I saw one travel trailer after another leaving and lots of cars with stuff tied to the roof.

If I was the mod, we'd really be in trouble. LOL

It is about time to evac the island. Should be happening up here too, but the furthest I've been is the front yard.
It's all pretty now, just in time to get torn up!

I was speaking to someone online this am who has friends honeymooning on Jamaica, they didnt fly out in time.
This will be an unforgettable honeymoon, no doubt.

In some parts of the world, if you don’t follow the weather, you don’t live.
Just sayin’. ;)
To: Lijahsbubbe

To: American Quilter

I think ours is ugly. I wish they has set it up like CC, where you could drive by the beach and the hotels are across the street. You can’t even tell you are on an island, really unless you drive aways north.
