“Police also say that the homeowner is a self-admitted marijuana dealer and could face charges. It’s still up to the district attorney’s office.”
Not much question about what will happen here.

Police also say that the homeowner is a self-admitted marijuana dealer and could face charges. AARRRHGggghhhh...
I was all up and ready to cheerlead for the homeowner...and then they drop the bomb at the end of the piece. He is a drug dealer. When you engage in the illegal underworld, you cannot be surprised when the underworld tries to bite you... I am just as glad at least one more scumbag is no longer drawing air to victimize anyone else - but on the other hand, if it hadn't been for the homeowner's choice to deal drugs, he may not have been put in said position.
Further - for the neighbors to defend him so strongly as a "good young man" or "good kid"... I strongly suspect they also know about his "employment"....

Wow, with a 50% arrest (according to the dictionary, I am using this word correctly) record, Stone is way ahead of most liberal NY judges!

IMHO he had every right to do what he did to defend himself, his home, etc. But there is always that other side of the coin saying “If you lay down with dogs, you’re gonna get fleas.” His “career” probably played a large part in this unfortunate event.

Police also say that the homeowner is a self-admitted marijuana dealer and could face charges. Looks like two forms of scum seeking their own element.

Somehow ABC missed the neighbors who, on the local news stations, had less then glowing things to say about Mr. Pusher.

I hope they charge him just for dealing.

Still, I’m not disappointed that there’s one less thug running around trying to break into people’s houses.

"I'm sure he was definitely defending himself. He's a good kid...a really good kid," said one neighbor. This neighbor is probably a customer.

Somehow ABC missed the neighbors who, on the local news stations, had less then glowing things to say about Mr. Pusher. If he wasn't a drug dealer, they would have vilified him for being a gun owner and defending himself.

"I would do the same thing to protect my family and dog, girlfriend," Babbo said. Family, dog then girlfriend. The man has his priorities right, at least!

The headline is totally misleading - should read
Gun Owner Successfully Defends Home and Reduces Criminal Presence!
Armed robber will miss his day in court because an armed citizen didn't miss with his fire arm. The citizen saved not only his life and property but also the tax payers countless thousands of dollars of legal fees and court costs. The dead criminals accomplice is, however still on the loose, presumed wounded. The ACLU is desperately searching for him to bring him to trial to face the gun manufactures who caused him harm while performing his vocation of armed robbery. They are considered dangerous and should be dispatched with extreme prejudice (The ACLU that is).

Home invasion turns deadly Dude, we just wanted to score some weed. Then why come shopping with two shotguns? If it’s a Home invasion with firearms it’s suppose to turn deadly.
