So do you have a source that refutes the claims made in the article?

One need no more "refute" any specific imbecile droolings imported from RawSource than they would similar offerings unceremoniously dragged in from the outermost reaches of deepest, darkest Democratic Underground, Daily Kos, or TedRall.com.

The fact that the Paulestinians have yet to cite an actual, legitimately conservative news source for the (purported) "denouncing" of Condit's paranoid rantings and ravings -- but, rather, when pressed, darted reflexively towards one of the most bug-eyed leftist extremist conspiracy sites on the web today -- says... well... just buckets and buckets, really, insofar as their monotonous squawkings about being "the only real conservatives" hereabouts are concerned.

Heh.

SCOTUS federalized this issue and abused the 14th Amendment to do so.

we can repeal the FACE Act while using it and RICO as the basis for federal court jurisdiction to impose injunctions with the usual draconian CIVIL penalties for violations, penalties imposed for contempt of court and NOT requiring jury verdicts

Would your strategy also be "abusing" the 14th amendment? How would you ensure that your strategy was not adopted for other Federal (ab)uses? I know RICO has been used to hound abortion protestors. Doesn't your strategy just say "any means to the end, so long as WE are in power?"

Why on earth would you think a sweeping federal power to deprive defendants of jury verdicts is a good thing, or would be relinquished once your goals were met?

Your definition of "slaughter" and mine are far different. Millions dead is a slaughter. Cambodia might qualify, not Vietnam.

Interesting. I looked up 'slaughter' on Dictionary.com. Nowhere in the results (below) does it indicate a number being required for the use of the term. In fact definition #2 indicates it may be used in defining the brutal death of a single person.

1. the killing or butchering of cattle, sheep, etc., esp. for food.

2. the brutal or violent killing of a person.

3. the killing of great numbers of people or animals indiscriminately; carnage: the slaughter of war. –verb (used with object)

4. to kill or butcher (animals), esp. for food.

5. to kill in a brutal or violent manner.

6. to slay in great numbers; massacre.

7. Informal. to defeat thoroughly; trounce: They slaughtered our team.

So. By your definition, over a million people killed by a government is a great number, ergo a slaughter. But 165,000 killed by a government is not a great number, ergo not a slaughter. I'm glad I now understand your mind. (Well, sorta glad.)

Seems to me that posting an article saying basically, Ron Paul is our only hope, he is a great American, and we have to elect him on his official site, rings of an endorsement... Of course, I had a feeling if David Duke had a Ron Paul banner right across the top of his site, you would say it isn’t an endorsement because he didn’t create the banner himself..

BTW, the first article that David Duke posted on his site endorsing Ron Paul was written by James Buchanan of ‘WhiteCivilRights.com’ who is even more of a raving white supremest than David Duke is, so I’ll add that as another person who is endorsing Duke..

Didn't think so.

So basically, you're talking out your @$$, and have zero contrary evidence.

Typical.

Congressman Tom Tancredo has called for nuking Mecca under certain circumstances. (I am no fan of Tancredo generally). Ron Paul is also a member of Congress. Does that mean that paleoPaulie wants to nuke Mecca????

PaleoPaulie's critics ARE discussing his "issues." The problem is that paleoPaulie has "issues" with reality as do those affected in his favor by paleoPaulie delusion syndrome.

And? Does one death constitute a slaughter?

Well, as I answered you in my post #203, yes it can. Oops!

i'll bet they both endoursed Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush too.

You still have no primary source evidence that David Duke endoursed Ron Paul for the Republican nomination for President.

BTW, is there a typo in your comment? It makes no sense otherwise. OF COURSE some one of Buchanan's ilk would endourse Duke, sheesh!

So basically, you're talking out your @$$, and have zero contrary evidence rightgeously busting Paulestinians for openly and brazenly supping from the same spoonful of ideological swill as Ted Rall, Arianna Huffington and Cindy Sheehan.

Edited for accuracy.

Away, muffin. I'm done with you.

The nutty doctor and yourself believe there was no slaughter of the innocent after we pulled our forces from Vietnam. Unbelievable.
I don't consider those few deaths to be a "slaughter".
When you can show me that half, hell, even a quarter, of the civilian population of either Vietnam or Cambodia were killed after the US left Vietnam then I'll concede there was a "slaughter". The most I've ever found (from reputable sources that is) was that 10% were killed in Cambodia...700,000...and even less than that in Vietnam.
BTW, just where are you getting your Vietnam/Cambodia numbers from?

And for all of you bandwagoneers...READ MY POST...Cambodia might qualify, not Vietnam.
You guys act like there have never been anything worse than Vietnam and Cambodia. If you want to read about slaughter read about Stalin and the estimated 11-25 million civilians he had killed. THAT was a slaughter.

I would love to vote for a libertarian, but RP is out in the twilight zone. His followers are about as close to a cult as you can get. RP is a good man, but his followers remind me of the Nazi cult that grew up around Adolf Hitler. Please understand that I’m not saying that RP is a Nazi or that his devotees hold to those views. My point of comparison is not their views, but their fanaticism. The idea that RP didn’t get second place must be because there is something foul at hand. It never occurred to his followers that people didn’t vote for him.

These KGB/GESTAPO TYPES, groveling before the sinister banking powers in NYC and behind the RNC and the DNC, -- and acting as their enforcers in Iowa -- hid all the EVIDENCE (the ballots) at the Iowa Straw Poll and announced the alleged results based on their assertion alone – which the rest of us are supposed to take and believe on blind faith!

Sinister banking powers??? This thing just went south, so I'm not going to waste my time finishing it.

Never said that. Nor am I acting like that. I'm merely pointing out that you take a very cavalier attitude toward the death of large numbers of people. You even take a cavalier attitude toward the potential deaths of large numbers of people should the US pull out of Iraq.

Judging by what the good doctor has said about our involvement in Iraq, I suspect he'd agree with you. Frankly, I can think of far better, caring and more humane people I'd like to see running our government. Your attitude is disgusting.
