As I recall, Rudy said Ginsberg would be a fine strict constructionist judge. A "strict constructionist" judge wrote Roe v. Wade.
Rudy thinks of himself as a "strict constructionist."
There are a bunch of folks on this thread that need some edumacatin'!

You recall poorly.
COLMES: Now, Roe vs. Wade -- You are pro-choice. How important is it to you as a pro-choice Republican to have a pro-choice on the court as someone...
GIULIANI: That is not the critical factor. And what's important to me is to have a very intelligent, very honest, very good lawyer on the court. And he fits that category, in the same way Justice Ginsburg fit that category.
I mean, she was she maybe came at it from a very different political background, very qualified lawyer, very smart person. Lots of Republicans supported her. I expect, and listening to Senator Nelson, I expect that John Roberts will get support from a lot of Democrats.

As I stated in my response,,,,pleaes read my first response to you...geeez...lol
Just a quick recap, if you insist,,,,,180 degrees out of Rudy's gun-grabbing, pro-abortion, pro-amnesty, pro-litigation, pro-sanctuary city, pro-federal funding for abortions, pro-'big brother' government, and gay right crusading ideas. Is that specific enough for starters???

Hillary and Rooty are both full fledged liberals. No discernible difference between them.
Still spouting Democrat troll talking points I see!
Not to mention lying through your teeth.
If you say you can't see the difference between HILLARY EFFING CLINTON and Rudy Giuliani, you're either insane or pathological.
Your posts could lead one to either conclusion.

Cool. Then you'll win your principles and so will Hilliary. Maybe that's your goal all along. No, the goal is conservatism.
If the choice comes down to Hillary versus Rudy, conservatism is the sure loser.

Presently i am a Fred Thompson backer and if he is in the
New Jersey primary i will vote for him because i am a conservative.
But in the end, if Rudy gets the nomination, i will
definitely vote for him. THE HILDEBEAST MUST NOT BECOME
PRESIDENT OF THIS GREAT NATION !! She must not be the one who
appoints the next three Supreme Court justices. That would ensure liberalism for many decades to come.DO NOT LET HER
DESTROY THE WONDERFUL DREAM OF JEFFERSON, MADISON AND OUR
OTHER FOUNDING FATHERS.Sometimes in life pragmatism must
rule.
I think he can very reasonably take Ohio and Pennsylvania.
If he does, the beast will be vanquished.

There are a bunch of folks on this thread that need some edumacatin'! Agreed. I can't believe we are having to listen to this crap again! Frooty hasn't changed, why is there this new push here on FreeRepublic to try to convince us "he's the only one that can beat Hillary"?
Stop it people - if you want to be on a site that likes Rudy Guiliani - they have one for you called "Wideawakes". I think you'll be much happier there being among your own kind.

No, they don’t “win” their principles, they abandon them. They ignore the real progress that could be made by a victory, and, dare I say, by a potential landslide mandate. These weak sisters pretending to be purists would simply roll over and let Hillary and the Democrats back into power.

Seriously, why has the conservative right stuck with the Republican Party this long? The Constitution Party is clearly a much better fit for your philosophy and political agenda? Have you considered it?

If the choice comes down to Hillary versus Rudy, conservatism is the sure loser. No question about it. As I oft repeat here,,,
liberal Republicans are much more dangerous than liberal democrats,,,
because liberal Republicans, like Guiliani, BLUR THE DISTINCTION between conservatism and liberalism,,,
making LIBERALISM MUCH MORE ACCEPTABLE!!

Anything would be better than Hitlery. That's why we have have three terms with the boneheaded Bushes.
I'm sick of having to settle for the lesser of two evils. There are only two differences between Rudy and Hitlery. 1) Rudy birth certificate classifies him as a male. 2) Hitlery is honest about her political leanings.
