He and I are in complete agreement about the issues, but he isnt that interested, so he usually just takes the ballot I marked for him when he votes. If Fred caught the interest of my computer-absorbed geek husband, I have to think hes got something. :)
You are kidding, right? Please say you are kidding. My jaw is still dropped and I am trying to comprehend what I just read. Does that really happen??
What if someone said the exact same thing about their wife. What would be your reaction to that?

LOL! He's a good husband, I can tell. :)
Yep. My wife does the same. When she mentions a candidate, I politely tell her not to mention it again. I make sugestions to her if she "has the temerity to mention it again." She just usually turns in the ballot I mark for her. Wouldn't you agree she's a good wife?

What is your problem?
My husband doesn’t want to read up on the issues. So what?

You’re a jerk.
It’s a SAMPLE ballot, that you refer to when you vote.

No, just saying.......I know some men that actually make their own decisions, thats all. I have never heard of a wife handing a husband a ballot.

OH I see, you were refering to my post to Trisham. You tell your hudand what to do and he is a “good husband”.
I tell my wife what to do and I am a jerk.
FYI, I am not your husband, maybe you talk to him that way but don’t talk to me that way.

I don’t talk to my husband like that because he’s not a jerk-unlike you.

Thats because he is terrofied.
Have I called you a jerk?
Have I insulted you in any way?
I asked a question. I think its just normal for you to insult a man as a kneejerk reaction thinking that it is totally acceptable.
What if I called you a jerk? What would happen? But since you are a woman its OK for you to call me one.

Another statement thrown out there because you think its OK to belittle a man.
Actually, your conversation with Trisham was so nonchalant and casual ~ that caught my eye. Any conversation like that between men about their wives would cause an instant uproar......
My scenario about my wife was exactly like yours and, predictably, I was called a jerk for it. Thanks for proving my point.

I don’t care WHAT you are. I would say the same thing to a woman who was acting like a jerk. Unfortunately for you, my burqa’s at the cleaners. And I wasn’t referring to the foul way you say you treat your wife, anyway.
My husband doesn’t do what I “tell” him to do. He wants to vote, he takes my sample ballot as a guide. If he wants to change something he does.
I don’t care if a woman takes her husband’s advice when she votes.
I showed nothing but love in the way I referred to my husband. You apparently have some weird poor self esteem thing going when it comes to women, but leave me out of it.

LOL...I have poor self esteem about women. Is that because I don’t let them make decisions for me?
I am done if you are... I gotta go ponder where that “self esteem” comment came from and try to make sense out of it. I think you are just scraping the bottom of the barrel to try and insult me but I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that there is some way that it correlates with what we are talking about.
I think I will say:::: You hate men.
There. There’s my assumption towards you. I can’t prove it. It may not even be true but since we are throwing any assumption out there off the top of our heads, I figured, what the hay!

The guys made millions as hollywood actor. Itd be more believable if he used a limousine. Too whom, limousine liberals?
I personally know a couple of millionaire types that are quite comfortable driving around in old pickups. And yes, they're Republicans.
Hey, the guy grew up in the south, and his dad sold used cars for a living. He's earned, through perseverance, intelligence and hard work, the right to drive whatever the heck he wants to drive. Pickup or limousine, makes no difference to me, and he can probably feel comfortable in either.
I'm not voting for his vehicle.
