Skull fragments from modern humans and the human ancestor Australopithecus include teeth—fossil features that can offer valuable clues to a species' genetic lineage.

New analysis of more than 5,000 fossil teeth suggests that early humans from Asia, not Africa, were the first to colonize Europe.

May also explain how most European languages are classified as Indo-European.

"Just because people had come out of Africa didn't mean that they couldn't turn around and go back again," she said.

Or visa verus. Or maybe that's just where they happen to find fossils and that people were really everywhere.

Why do they call us Caucasians, anyway?

Exactly where are the Caucasus again?

***Europe’s first early human colonizers were from Asia, not Africa, ***

Good grief! Make up your mind! How many changes does that make in evolution history. Out with the old theory in with the new! Who knows what they will claim next year or the next decade.

Everything we have been force fed about evolution is now knocked into a cocked hat....again!

I was just getting used to being an ‘African-American’ and now you tell me I’m ‘Asian’ (formerly ‘Chinaman’)?

"This means everyone is Russian?"

The chart below is my R1b DNA map. 90% of the Irish and 68% of all Europeans are R1b.Looks like we got to Europe via Russia.

some more to chew on:
The Neandertal Enigma
by James Shreeve
Frayer's own reading of the record reveals a number of overlooked traits that clearly and specifically link the Neandertals to the Cro-Magnons. One such trait is the shape of the opening of the nerve canal in the lower jaw, a spot where dentists often give a pain-blocking injection. In many Neandertal, the upper portion of the opening is covered by a broad bony ridge, a curious feature also carried by a significant number of Cro-Magnons. But none of the alleged 'ancestors of us all' fossils from Africa have it, and it is extremely rare in modern people outside Europe." [pp 126-127]

Yes interesting. Did anyone ever figure out where the Hungarian language came from?

Great point...and an obvious one (now that you mentioned it).

Why have I never thought of that? D'oh!
