Assuming that a flat tire is evidence of attempted murder (a very huge assumption), then let’s talk about motive.

Yep, at it’s closest, I-40 is 30-35 miles from Charlotte.
I also have been on the highway when Howard Dean beamed down debris from the space ship Socialist 1 and it cut my tire. (Ok, it kind of looked like a hook from a flat bed tie down. But that is just the kind of deception the socialists would use.)
