If it prevents her from killing someone while driving while drunk it is more than fair. And well within the law. Did you see Netizens post at 270?

She was housed in a special 12 unit section for high profile visitors and had a cell by herself. Let's not enhance it with melodrama.
I know, I was answering the other poster who said :
"Basically Paris was being held in solitary confinement. That's the worst thing after a long term lockdown
Course I live in a county where they love to keep people in jail for the whole sentence.
And really it is doing these drunk drivers a favor before they continue their addiction and dangerous lifestyle. Might be the only thing that saves their life in the long run.

And really it is doing these drunk drivers a favor before they continue their addiction and dangerous lifestyle. Might be the only thing that saves their life in the long run. Yup. And since she does drugs too she IS dangerous. I don't see how ANYONE could think otherwise. She drives when she wants despite laws. I can't see how some Freepers don't see that as dangerous to her and the public. They minimize her disregard for the law and punishment.

I could not care what the other inmates think about Paris. They are inmates. Who cares what they think. And frankly, we know that the press does not actually call a series of inmates, they talk to one and misquote the one they talk to. So this story is a made up story. Whenever the press speaks of what a group thinks, they can be trusted to hear what they hope the group thinks and not actually report the groups thinking at all.

What’s the story on papa Hilton, Paris’ dad. Seems to me he lets Kathy run the show.
To: Anti-Bubba182
I think Paris should spend her time in the general population and be treated like everyone else. She should have taken another prisoner's advice and serve her time and keep her mouth shut.
As much as Martha Stewart is a b***h, at least she served her time with dignity and respect even though she was at a "Club Fed" prison.
God forbid if I had to do time, as mouthy as I am, I would try to keep an extremely low profile and keep my f****n mouth shut ! Definitely the rules of the street apply !
To: Sonny M
I wouldn’t want to be a prison guard under any circumstances. Well, Paris sounds safe where she’s at. I imagine some inmate would dearly love to rough up someone in LE, though. That would be tough guarding them.
LOL, go Colin!

I don't see how ANYONE could think otherwise.
Well they are probably engaging in that behavior. Everyone who does it probably thinks ,"It won't happen to me"
When I was 10 years old a hard working, father of 5 , who had just stopped off after work for a couple drinks, hit my mom, dad and family friend head on in a car accident. He, my mother and family friend were killed. 18 chldren lost parents that day. That has affected my entire life, and the generations that have followed.

"23 years of community service?"
She wouldn't even show up for mandatory alcohol counsel as was ordered. That's part of the reason she's where she's at now. In spite of people's best efforts to say she's being singled out, the truth is she's not.

And well within the law. Did you see Netizens post at 270? Yep, figure the driving on a suspended license gets not less than 5, but not more than 6 months.
She did that at least twice to our knowledge, so let's start with 10 days right there.
Then there's the speeding ticket while on suspension:
VC 23582
Penalty enhancement for 23152 or 23153 while also driving 30 or more mph over the maximum, prima facie, or posted speed limit on a freeway, or 20 or more mph over the maximum prima facie, or posted speed limit on any other street or highway.
Penalty: Additional consecutive term of 60 days county jail, alcohol/drug treatment program.
Add in the driving without headlights at night. And we still haven't touched on the original DWI bargained down to wreckless driving that got her the suspension to begin with. At that time she was also supposed to enroll in alcohol classes and never did. Another violation of her probation. All of these could add more days onto her jail time and probably did to some degree. Definately within the state of California's guidelines. Especially considering she'll probably be out in 23 days now that knows acting up will extend her stay.
