Swift justice IMHO would involve excruciating and long lasting pain to the person or person’s responsible for this heinous act. I’m sickened that so many children and young adults are preyed upon this way. I pray that Kelsey’s family finds comfort somehow in our Lord.

I really don't care which jurisdiction takes care of it.Better hope it's Missouri. Not sure about Kansas but Missouri is not shy about carrying out a death sentence.
This poor girl's body was found just a few miles from where I live.
