Your post is a poignant reminder of exactly why it’s been SO difficult for many of us who were supporters of this president, and are no longer..

For some folks- this was a short leap- they already disliked or distrusted the president. For others, like me, who believed in and defended him for 6 years -even when we occasionally disagreed with him, this immigration bill has been a wrenching, even heartbreaking moment.

I’ve supported him since he was my Governor, after his comments over the weekend about the border bill, I can no longer defend him. I will always respect him and support him on the WOT.
