The only thing that might make this better than POTATOE is that this banner was surely created by a handler or worker, not Hillary herself. She probably had no chance to correct it. Quayle stupidly added the e when he could have stopped the mistake from happening very easily himself...

To: eraser2005
Quayle was correct either way. Potato can be spelled with an e on the end as well.

Not only did he use an acceptable spelling, if I recall correctly, he was using the spelling from a card given him during a spelling bee. The card was “wrong”, if anything was wrong. Yet the press had a field day criticizing him for it and questioning his intelligence.

    BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Quayle’s revenge.

Dang that’s narrow minded of Her Heinous. Why should Tom Morrow get all the new jobs.

To: theDentist
(Will it LEAD the news media tomorrow, as Quayles misspelling of potato did so long ago???)
I was taught the spelling was potatoe in grade school. Not the preferred but acceptable.

    I’m surprised the word
totally isn’t on that list.
Because I totally misspell that word a lot.

I must be fair- what is the chance that Hillary even saw the slides before she went on stage?
Somebody gooofed but I doubt it was Hilllary.
It sure is funny, tho.

That word is one of the most frequent misspelled words I see here on FR. Actually, one of the most misspeeled words on FR and everywhere else in cyberspace is the word "looser" (correct speeling should be "loser"). It is rampantly mispeeled all over cyberspace, and has been for the 20 years that I've been online .... and I cringe every time its seen, but ya can't do anything about it, because to point it out would invite snarly replies such as "you're a looser too".
 YIKES! /laughs
Here's a list of the 100 most misspelled words.
Notice that 'loser' isn't on the list? /chuckle

“Arapahoe” is probably the spelling “in the Hood”.
