Those of you who have not read the books of Dr. Brian Weiss, ought to look into them.

The term near death experience is a misnomer. They aren't near death they are dead, not for long maybe but still they died. My uncle died twice and both times came back to tell about it, and he told about it during the 1950s, before any books were written and before he knew anyone else had ever experienced the same thing.
He described it exactly the way many others have, going through a tunnel, talking to relatives and being told he had to go back, TWICE in two months. He was in the service, a captain of marines, in the Philippines just before WWII, he had malaria and was given a medical discharge because of it.
He told me and my brother about his experiences and of course, being know it all teenagers at the time, we laughed behind his back. As I grew older and read about other people having these death experiences I was amazed at the similarity of their stories and formed a different opinion than I held originally.

I have been There
I have spoken to 19 people who have been There
Not one person I have met who has been There is unchanged
All have been much more at peace with themselves
And they are NEVER afraid of dying again.
but HERE is their appointed place, for now

typical near-death aftereffects. He felt that cooperation and love were the important things, and that competition and material goods were irrelevant Or, if you were going to do something with your life, better get with the program.

I recall reading a book, can’t remember the name or author but the author had done a study of children with near death experiences, great book. He was trying to test the validity of stories by hearing what children had to say.
I recall one childs story of telling what she did while she was “up there”, she said she met a boy who was waiting to be born. Wow.
Interesting stuff.

These have all been ‘near death’ experiences. What we need is a post death experience to tell us what we really want to know. :)

“It has been said that science progresses funeral by funeral. I think were seeing that as time goes on,” Greyson says. “More and more people are growing up with knowledge about the near-death experience and accepting it as part of the human legacy.”
But what if they come back?/s

What we need is a post death experience to tell us what we really want to know. :) Try a New Testament. :) Consider -- all those other folks died for a lie?
