Funny if the conditions Australia is facing weren't so serious. However plans being implemented in Australia to recycle sewerage for drinking water is no joke.

Time was yesterday to build more dams and water transport structures. The no brainer would be transport from the rainy tropical north to the mid latitude arid south. Now it will have to be done in today’s dollars and with expedite charges.
