Thank you. My father pasted away on May 8th. The chemo was a success but it left his body defenseless.

Tomorrow is the 30th anniversary of Star Wars. I remember when I was not yet 11 he took me, a friend, and one of my sisters to see the movie.

I cannot believe he's gone.

My mother says we will see him in heaven. My dad would bristle if he heard that because he once told me that he did not like a song by Wayne Cochran & the C.C. Riders called "Last Kiss" (the song was redone by Pearl Jam) because he said that when we go to heaven we won't be able to recognize any one.
