Hinson also took the stand again Sunday for a cross-examination by the prosecution.
“You certainly did get thrilled about telling this jury yesterday about your sexual activities with two 17-year-old girls,” Deputy Attorney General Jennifer Evans said to Hinson.
Hinson said he wasn’t excited while giving his testimony Saturday but was excited “at the time, sure, or I wouldn’t have gotten involved in it.”
“I’m smiling this morning. Would you rather I frown?” Hinson asked Evans on Sunday.
Sorry. Looks like there was DNA and they all admitted having sex.

The state should have to prove it with out the use of theatrics and NO hiding or tampering with evidence. Then, if the state can prove it with all the cards on the table, hang ‘em.
No blippin’ argument here. If I ever become accused of anything and the jury pool is being questioned I am first going to enquire if they post here on FR and then look at their comments to find the ones who did not come into the courthouse with the rope all ready for the noose.

From what Urban Dictionary tells me, an eight-ball is an eighth of an ounce of cocaine or methamphetamine.

More likely they came to him for drugs. No need to force anyone who is willing to follow you for their own vices.
Followed this story in the paper and assumed it was a slam dunk. Now I have to pick my jaw up off of the ground. Un-freaking believable.
