Third parties are for losers.
That's why we don't want the GOP to make itself into one.
*BINGO*

Man, you and me both. Sober since 2-18-98. But man could I have gotten worked up over this thread.
For the record- I was willing to consider Rudy a few months ago, but as I have learned more about him, no how no way could I vote for Rudy.

The scientists among you have long since departed for Darwin Central.A.k.a. ex-FReeper Densa Society.
The "scientists" among you are more insufferable and self-righteous than any fundamentalist Christian.
And they're not really all that bright.

Except for the fact that the Libertarian Party is against defending ourselves in the War on Terror, and the libertarians are typically pro-abortion, pro-gay rights, and pro-drugs, they fit right in here. I have yet to hear them fully explain this part about the libertarian Party
They usually seem to dodge the question or change the subject
Gee .. I wonder why

I, for one, want you to feel utterly welcome and I am prepared to back that up with cookies!
I do not offhand have a recipe for libertarian cookies but I'll bet I could find one. Rose Wilder Lane must have had cookie recipes, and you can't get much more libertarian than she. I'll see what I can find. Rand? Never. Isabel Paterson? Dunno, but she doesn't seem the type. The search for other libertarian women cookie bakers took me here. Does not seem to be cookie country either.
The next libertarian cookie report will be out any day now, whenever it's ready or we find some cookie news.

1) Sure. But, we already have mountains of material with this guy, more than enough to convince any reasonable Republican that he’s a stonecold Leftist. The real trick is making sure the Republican electorate receives the truth about him, 5x5.
2) Use Google. Anyone who is willing to look objectively, and very closely, at any one of these candidates has the ability right at their fingertips.
3) It depends.
4) No reason to lock it, IMO.

I’ll give you a hearty AMEN on that one! :-)

“Over 70% of FReepers have said they will vote 3rd party, stay home, leave blank or write-in a name. “
That 70% only translates to a little over 3500 people ... it’s not that large of a number
Third party 42.3% 2,180
The Rep liberal 25.7% 1,324
Write-in 15.6% 806
Stay home 10.1% 519
The Dem liberal 4.2% 215
Leave blank 2.2% 111
