"I am a little confused and baffled by all the talk about no seatbelt and how fast, when someone is in such grave condition that we would focus on that, both by the public and the media," Codey said during a press conference in Newark about campus security.

Yeah, if he was a private citizen the police would not be focused on his speed or the fact he didn't have a seat belt on./SAR

The translation of the above remark by Codey is "Corzine is privileged, just as I am, don't worry about his crimes just focus on the fact he is hurt". I wonder if he realizes how transparent his remarks are?

The doctors and nurses focus on what they can focus on, and the citizens focus on what we can focus on.

Codey never seems to be afraid to say something that might be unpopular. This is the guy who threatened to beat up a radio shock jock after the shock jock insulted his wife, who had suffered from postpartum depression.

Codey is dead wrong here. A governor should lead by example. He isn't above the laws enacted for the little people. Hypocrisy is a legitimate issue.

It’s the hypocrisy, stupid. “New Jersey: Come for the pollution, stay for the corruption.”

What would you expect from a DemonRAT cut from the same cloth. The rules are never meant for them; just the plebians who are expected to do as they are told.

its okay for the Rat elitist to lecture everybody else about smoking, about homos, about "diversity",about how we should be happy to pay more taxes and how racist we are to want to close our borders.....

but don't we dare question why a govt employee was going 91 mph, with lights blazing, and not wearing a seat belt..
