It was used alot during the clinton years. And if I would not get thrown off this site I just might add that the author of this article was one of clinton biggest, she and Ellen Ratner. And what about her brother and 9/11! It is not female exclusive!!
btw ... Ellen RATner’s comment after bill clinton used a girl just a few years older than his daughter .. in reference to Monica ... it went something like.... I wish he had asked me!!!
Now that is a ho!!!! maybe a ‘clinton ho’ but a ho is a ho!!!!!!
