I have no problem with people burning a flag as a political act. Problems is, they burned a flag that was the property of someone else and did so on someone elses property. The trespassing and destruction of someone elses property is the issue here.

...shut off immigration to every Muslim for at least a 10 yr period.

We should only shut off muslim immigration until Islam is reformed into something compatible with civilization and freedom.

/I'm sure that'll happen any day now....

I know Willie Dow. He is a great guy and a great attorney and not noticeably liberal much less radical. He did, however, represent John Rowland, who governed Connecticut on autocorruption, when Rowland was federally indicted. The real question is not why a criminal defense lawyer would represent these guys (representing the criminally accused is, after all, what criminal attorneys do) but who is paying the $350-400 per hour fee.

Flag burning is a non-political act. And I'm the Easter bunny.

Now I know why I didn't get those Reese's eggs you promised me...

Right. In a country where an ACCUSATION of racism gets you to lose your job, they shouldn’t get away with this REAL ACT.
