“If you believe all of that crap I have some swamp land in Arkansas I will sell you.”

“Hey, I’ll trade you my bridge in Brooklyn for it. Straight swap.”

That sounds like a good deal, I have always wanted a bridge.

I dont have a problem believing this was not a political prank. The charges they face arent political either.

All three were charged with multiple counts of second-degree arson, first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace at an arraignment on Tuesday.

Give them the max on all charges.

I would have thought Yale had beaten such undesireable ideas as loyalty and nationalism out of all of their students./sarcasm

Yeah. Matt better watch his arse.

Best case scenario is all his professors suddenly change his grades from A to F.

Worst case scenario is the local Yalie chapter of Code Pink catches him in some back alley and beats some mud into his britches.

“It was a stupid college prank.”

So that's their excuse. But isn't a "prank," by definition, a mischievous act designed to cause damage or harm?

Nobody has pointed this out, but it seems to be that Akbar admitted to burning the flag so his friends won’t get deported.

Arson is not a prank. These guys committed a serious crime, potentially endangering human life, and their student visas should be revoked.

Flag burning is a non-political act. And I'm the Easter bunny.

Igniting something attached to my house is attempted arson and will be stopped with deadly force, instantly.

Explain the prank to St. Peter.

Just a couple of weeks ago there was a story about college Republicans in San Francisco being investigated for stepping on the flags of terrorists, but foreigners stepping on the American flag is okay? Gotcha...

The one thing these students are most afraid of is losing their chance to receive a degree from Yale. I hope DHS terminates their students visas after the conviction and that they are then thrown out of the country without receiving their degrees.

The point is that it's mandatory to celebrate all cultures except our own.

That’s right. What funny guys, those MUSLIMS. Always doing funny things for a joke, like burning the American flag. You gotta laugh ....// NOT.

"“There was absolutely no political motivation whatsoever,” he said. “It was a stupid college prank.”

Would you believe a guy named AKBAR to tell the truth!

The Muslim rioters in the train station in France made the same “joke” excuse. Grown people acting like the spoiled children of overindulgent parents.

It’s just a matter of time before they burn the house down. Deport - probably impractical but shut off immigration to every Muslim for at least a 10 yr period.

Put these guys UNDER the jail...

Smear the trio in lard and pig guts, wrap tightly in said flag and ignite. Would make a beautiful sight.
