Too funny. Iran would turn it down for sure. Even they know what he is like.
To: Sub-Driver
Doesn't Jimmy Carter have a degree in nuclear physics? The Iranians might take him afterall.
To: Sub-Driver
Well, if there's 15 hostages, we should give them 15 replacements. How about:
Jimmy Carter
Former Rep. Cynthia McKinney
Michael Moore
Rep. Jim McDermott
Keith Olbermann
The Dixie Chicks
Joe Wilson
Valerie Plame
Barbra Streisand
Jack Cafferty
Al Gore
Terry Moran
and...the guy in my tagline.

Personally, I'd offer the Iranians Pelosi, Reid, Schumer, Kennedy and of course Leaky Leahy.

I suggest 218 Representatives that voted to surrender, Jimmah, 3 first round draft picks and a player to be named later..*cough*Schumer*cough*

This will save the DNC from having to send Jimma to negotiate for President Pelosi...

Fox News just reported that Iran offered to free hostages if Carter stayed home.......

"since only one party in this deal would receive anything of strategic value.
Really, really good one...
It's a little hard to laugh at any of this however. Hopefully the safe return will be coming soon.
I'm sure the Iranians will have the hostages dispersed to make a military rescue very difficult.
I still wish we could seize their oil fields (and keep pumping and shipping oil) and cut off their (the radical mullahs) funding.
That might cause change from within.

They shouldn't send Carter because he tried to negotiate with Iran once before in our history and was unsuccessful. They should send Chelsea Clinton's real father, Janet Reno. He/she or it would kick their a$$!
