How would that have stopped them more? With a wall it is
physically impossible for them to cross.

Homeland Defence Secretary Mike Chertoff and the President and John McCain and Ted Kennedy say a virtual fence is better and more suitable than just a plain old fashioned, barrier type wall, you know, like the White house has.
