That's what I said, that it isn't too hard to keep it from having a "nuclear yield". That means a huge bang with a big mushroom cloud. They are made so that everything has to happen exactly right or it will not give you the big bang. Blowing it up or detonating the conventional charges inside without the proper sequence of inputs will result in a dirty bomb fallout situation. I think we are having Nuclear Weapons 101 here.
