I like Hunter a bunch, but I certainly see your point. Name recognition is an issue. George W. Sluzarski would never have been elected president twice.
Actually I've liked Rudy since the '80s. I think abortion is vile, however I also think who ever is the next president will have as much effect as any president since 1973, i.e., zip, zero, nada. The whole "choice" meme does bother me.
I do think Hunter would be a strong, Cheney-like VP, with the added advantage of being impervious to the "chickenhawk" meme when the eventual wars of the next decade occur.
