I don't put mayo on my fries, and don't let fries contaminate my mayo. I use enough mayo to hold the patty in place but not enough so it squirts out when I bite. Mayo comes in various qualities, almost like coffee and homemade mayo is wonderful, especially on lobsta, as in lobsta rolls.
We do have a Mayo clinic in Dover Foxcroft, (Maine) though.
Ketchup is weird. I don't trust it.

Oh, dear, you must be a prodigious sinner to repent so hard. I will keep you in my thoughts every time I cheat on my diet.

Aha! There is our presidential candidate -- Rick Santorum. I hear he's looking for a job anyway.
If he doesn't turn up his nose at mayo on his greaseburgers, he gets my vote.

Do you "trust" mustard? After all, it's French.

I like the part about real butter, use it in huge quantities on baked potatoes. Wife whips up potatoes with real and heavy cream and I dump plenty of butter on top of it, just to make sure. That and a very rare steak or venison steak and salad are all that is needed.

Mais oui! J'aime moutarde vraisment.
Here you can get either the classic bright yellow or the more suave Grey Poupon. Don't just mustard your sandwich, Poupon it.

I'm lost. Who Peterson? Scott? Is Arnold Schwartzenegger running? (Never mind that he's ineligible. Who's going to tell him so in person?)

Excuse, me, he must be Danish extract or something. It is Petersen. He is or was the lead guy in CSI Las Vegas series as opposed to Fred Thompson's Law and Order. I find it interesting from time to time due to his propensity for subtle puns. (I mean I don't watch tv, just happened to be walking by when the tv was on...)
