W out to just keep saying, "The American people will prevail in Iraq" and watch the Republicans stand up and cheer and the Dems sitting there looking dour and defeated.
Rove's not there to blink them for him!
Whatever you voted for you did not vote for failure and I ask you to support the troops.
The message is clear and GWB's presentation is calm and serious. Very effective. The Dems can't wait to get out of there and head to the bar. They have been horse whipped for the last 20+ minutes.
And the ultimate picture of Nancy Pelosi and most democrats not applauding when the President said why we must keep fighting until we win Iraq. Nancy Pelosi and all liberal democrats want us to lose to the terrorists, their body gesture says it, you do not even to hear them saying it.
I DO support the WOT.
I just think there are other, very important issues.

The sight of the socialist Democrats, the people I used to SUPPORT (I am a Recovering Democrat, after all!) sitting there on their hands and hoping for America's defeat is revolting.

seems like a lot of conservatives are not clapping for his war policy. i don't think any of us can comprehend the iraq policy, but at least he tries to explain it. i just worry about the funding.
