MSNBC is reporting Hillary has a PLAN....which will be a first for a Democrat. All Democrats have A PLAN, it's just none of them are willing to share it with the people.

Applause, Peach! I, too, am sick to death of the constant eating of our own. It seems every time we discuss '08, the usual posts--I'm voting third party!--Rudy wore a dress!--Mitt is a flip flopper!--and did I mention--I'm voting third party!--always appear.
Come on, folks! Let's rally around someone and show our force. And if we don't like the choices, we'll have to find a candidate and make it snappy! Pardon the rant, but hearing President Pantsuit today should be a wake-up call to everyone.

Jim Robinson wrote the foreward for a book called Hillary's Secret War. The book details the early days of conservative web sites and FR is mentioned frequently.
Robinson was able to determine that a lot of so-called Republican posters coming here were actually posting from the Clinton White House and the Washington Post.
Now, you know they weren't really Republicans. They were either paid to come here or did it for kicks to stir dissent.
And I think we're seeing the same thing happening again. Because there's no way that semi-intelligent freepers would spend their days 24/7 trashing Republican candidates.
It's one thing to nicely comment why one isn't in favor of a particular candidate, but these freepers are the ugliest, nastiest freepers on the board. So I truly doubt that most of them are Republicans and if they are, they're a branch I want absolutely NOTHING to do with and they actually HURT our efforts because they are the ugly side of conservatism that turns away moderate thinking voters.

Thanks for the very helpful info, Peach. I usually avoid '08 discussions for this reason. "I'm voting 3rd party" must be the lamest post of all.
I'll also check out the book--it's the only one in the Hillary series I have yet to read.

fyi...
and excellent comments!
What's black and white and read all over and is more self-destructive than pre-9/11 thinking?
Pre-clinton thinking, that's what....
Putting doctrinal purity ahead of making sure a defective and dangerous clinton never again controls this country is pre-clinton thinking.
We no longer have the luxury of time or circumstance to massage our sensibilities, to indulge our indignations.
We will not survive another clinton. (We may yet not survive the first one.)

Agreed, Mia. The damage the first Clinton presidency did to our country can't be calculated high enough, imo.

IMHO, the more Hillary talks, the less chance she will return to the white house.

She's talking slowly because she thinks we're stupid.
Good point. And very smart on her part because many of her supporters are stupid.
