ISG-Dowd PING
"or that the Army can train Iraqi security forces (or, as they are known there, death squads)"
So, with this smarmy smear, is Maureen Dowd trying to tell us she thinks the ISG suggetion to step up training of army units is good, or bad?
Or is it simply enough to have a pose of deep cynicism, on the off-chance pessimism and smarmy put-down will be mistaken for wit?
She is icky, isn't she?
