Murderers have rights. Wive's that end up in probate court do not.
And former wife of George Felos.
.
If Constance going to sell herself as a healer, she had better start with herself. She has innocent blood on her hands.
> Murderers have rights.
Murderers have just as much a right to die as the rest of us, don't they? The right-to-die movement, sir, does not discriminate against our murderers!
What sorely needs "re-thinking" is death. We are inclined to treat it as some sort of "negative" experience despite the earnest advice and hands-on experience of George Felos and Michael Schiavo and Theodore Bundy. When George Felos speaks of the sublime, euphoric "dying experience," we should open our minds! Estelle Browning did! When Jim Jones says, "People, drink your kool-aid," don't stop for ice chips!
So you see, government executions should be seen as a basic civil right and a wonderful, wonderful experience. Furthermore, they should be freely available for the lower classes, not just for the privileged rich Republicans.
There. Problem solved.
This is about roving retired Supreme, Sandra. Interesting to lay this template against the actions of Greer right on up to the top.

She speaks against judicial reforms driven by partisanship and against attacks on the judiciary made by politicians who disagree with decisions, such as in the Terri Schiavo case. OConnor is right. Recent criticism has crossed the line from healthy debate to judge-bashing, and it threatens the fairness and impartiality of our courts. Politicians and special-interest groups issuing warnings to judges simply because they disagree with the judges decisions are the ones attempting to be the dictators they would assert activist judges to be. In a recent guest column, Gina Parker criticized OConnor for speaking out against those who label as activists judges who make decisions with which they disagree. Such attacks on judges display a fundamental lack of understanding of the role of the judiciary. They ignore the fact that the federal judiciary is a central component in our nations system of checks and balances.

I must wonder if part of the cause of death they consider is the effect of removing useful organs and body parts for recycling.

(CBS4) DRACUT A medical examiner has ordered additional testing to officially determine how 9-week-old Liam Garvey of Dracut died. The initial autopsy was performed on Saturday, officials said. The extra tests are not expected to be finished until after Christmas.
The 2-month-old boy and his twin sister were allegedly violently shaken. Liam's sister, Paige, is recovering from her injuries, which include fractures. She has been placed in foster care.
District Attorney Martha Coakley is calling this a case of shaken baby syndrome as well as homicide.
"Doctors made an appraisal of his injuries," said Coakley. "They included brain damage and skeletal fractures."
Police were called to an apartment on Frederick Street in Dracut earlier this week after receiving a 911 call. When emergency crews arrived, Liam was not breathing. He was taken to a Lowell hospital and was later transferred to the Floating Hospital for Children in Boston.
M.E. Orders More Tests For Shaken Dracut Infant

It isn't that we "disagree" with the decisions of "activist" judges, you idiot. It's that the activist judges' decisions are not based on the constitution.
The infant was taken off life support Thursday.
The boy's twin sister, Paige, was found to have healing fractures, which can be a sign of abuse. Her injuries weren't life-threatening, and she's now in foster care.
Cause Of Baby's Death Still Unclear
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. We're still waiting to find out what killed a Dracut baby suspected of dying after being violently shaken.
A spokeswoman for Middlesex District Attorney Martha Coakley says further tests are needed before results of the autopsy of two-month-old Liam Garvey will be released. Results are expected early this week.

I once thought in my relative innocence that judges would slice through obfuscation to get to the truth. Here we have an example of slicing through truth to get to obfuscation.
You extremist! Removal of the heart, liver, kidneys and stem cells does not cause death. The only known cause of death is brain damage, as determined by public opinion polls of people looking at your CT scan.
Miracles sometimes happen. It is rare indeed when men of good will survive past the ominous filter of the power structure of the dark side but we still can hope and pray one makes it.
It's not easy, but that's what it takes to be liberal.
Not even if you are a surgeon on the hospital bioethics team chopping up a living patient for parts. For $$$. I begin to have a distaste for this medical specialty similar to my loathing for abortionists.

Authorities said they have moved carefully in the past few days in deciding whether to withdraw life support, concerned about the issues that arose in the case of Haleigh Poutre, a victim of alleged child abuse. After taking custody of the comatose girl last fall, DSS moved quickly for a court order to remove her life support.
Four months later, after winning the high court's approval to withdraw life support, DSS officials said they discovered the girl was breathing on her own and was capable of responding to commands.

So glad to know that the bureaucrats are "concerned about the issues." One wishes that they showed an undivided concern for abused children and no concern for selling body parts.
What is the first day of the week, Sunday?
"The infant was taken off life support Thursday."
It seems that the only concern they had was not to repeat the Haleigh Poutre 'mistake'.
There are a lot of little interesting details in 8mm posts. For example, "Authorities were careful". I can't believe how brazen they are.
There was barely time for doctors to get involved. Tests to determine things of this nature takes longer than this. How did the "bureaucrats" become involved so fast?
It just could be that the removal of organs was the only cause of death. See how easy it is to make someone else a murderer?
