They voted but not for this particular race....In other words....It was such a dirty race that allot of folks did not vote for either......

Thanks..... curious as to why you think that they wouldn't vote in the Sarasota County because of the 'dirty race' in a much larger number than the other four counties that make up the district. Was Sarasota the focal point of the race and the other counties received less attention, thus less mud slinging?.... Thanks for your input.

I do not think that they will do a re vote as long as the machines check out OK. I believe that the Tramm Hudson people were shocked that what they perceived as a crook beat their guy. I think the only reason he did was he did not run the horribly vicious campaign that Hudson did. A lot of People said they would vote for the Candidate with the least nasty Ads. Jennings is a tax and spend Liberal and even praised Buchanan and his wife in tapes that were part of Buchanan's ads. Since the district is Majority Republican and Conservative even if they hated Buchanan they still would not vote for the Lib.

It is Tramm Hudson home and that is where probably most of his supporters live....Sarasota is changing....To many folks from the NE are moving here.....It is not going to change things as of yet....I believe that it was Tram's voters who did most of the under voting.....I sure hope the influx of folks stops.....it has seem to slowed down now....One thing else that bothers me is I believe that many voted here and also back home...It has been happening here in Florida already....
