If judges do not start meting out appropriate punishments....the people will rise up and take care of business. I'm sure the old man didn't mean to kill anyone but he did and he needs to be sentenced to jail time.

This scumbag should die in prison. Why shouldn't he suffer, when he made the families of the TEN PEOPLE he killed suffer. Imagine the wives, husbands, children, grandchildren, parents of those this piece of excrement slaughtered, and tell me he does not deserve to finish his life in prison.

This is one of those cases where the guys family needed to take away the car keys. I had a 75 year old uncle with severe diabetes. He would drive somewhere, go into shock, end up somewhere,not be able to remember how he got there, sideswipe cars. Probably best to think of the poor people that happen to come across them on the road.
