He should be more afraid of our 25-year-old special forces than a 70-year-old bureaucrat.

Terrorists at home and worldwide are celebrating.
Individuals here who are not yet armed should consider the probable future and act accordingly.

"I tell the lame duck (U.S. administration) do not rush to escape as did your defence minister ... stay on the battleground." OK...how about this. You bring your guys out of hiding in dark corners. We'll go against your varsity man for man, just to make it "fair." We'll settle this in no time.

"Acting on a tip-off, soldiers descended on a building in the city of Rawah, 275 kilometers (175 miles) northwest of Baghdad, where they arrested local Al Qaeda commander Abu Muhayyam al-Masri, whose name is a pseudonym meaning, "the Egyptian," a Defense Ministry official said.
Aides Abu Issam al-Libi, or "the Libyan," and Abu Zaid al-Suri, "the Syrian," were also arrested among nine other members of the cell, said the official, who asked that his name not be used because he was not authorized to speak to the media."

Yes.
The American electorate has rewarded Kennedy, Durbin, Murtha et. al. for their slanders against our troops. Republicans made mistakes, but this is beyond disgusting.
Just as Democrats didn't realize the enemy was listening when they launched their partisan attacks, they didn't realize that Bush's "stay the course" resolve was aimed at our enemies. They twisted it into some kind of autocratic stubbornness and unwillingness to listen to THEM. I guess Churchill was stubborn too! How many times did they ask him what mistakes he made in WWII?
THE DEMOCRATS DON'T UNDERSTAND WE ARE AT WAR. THE REPUBLICANS DO.
God help us.

If Americans thought gasoline prices were high, just wait until Iran is the biggest power in the Persian Gulf. The Democrat base doesn't care, since they all ride bicycles.

U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld quit to flee the Iraqi Democrat battlefield.
There...fixed it..

The Ds, Pelosi, said that Congress actually won't be able to change the direction in Iraq all that much after all. The worldwide applause at the election results probably drowned out that statement. But wait! Wasn't that the primary reason for the D sort-of victory?

"I tell the lame duck (U.S. administration) do not rush to escape as did your defence minister ... stay on the battleground."They're also asking the democrats if they'll keep their promise to surrender in Iraq. FOX is discussing it.
Electing democrats gave the terrorists a huge victory.
The voters don't understand this enemy. The liberal press didn't want to up set a democrat victory, but these people WANT to die in battle. To them, death is a victory.
They'll also come here if we don't fight them there. They will fight to the end to destroy the "Great Satan." It doesn't stop in Iraq. Remember, We weren't in Iraq on 9/11.

I honestly believed that when Rumsfeld stepped down it was because the President thought he would become a distraction with an all Democratic congress. They would rant and rave until he stepped down and so he was doing the best thing he thought for the country to move forward.
Well his talk took that away. Did the President think loyality would see him through the election? Was it fake loyality since he dumped him two days later?
I just don't get it.
To: jmc1969
One of the last things Rumsfeld should do as SECDEF is take a trip to Iraq.
To: jmc1969
Hmmm. ANY guess as to what AQ would say if we pulled out within the next year?
THANKS DHIMOCRATS. You surrendered the War on Terror. Hope you like living in Halal.
