"Perhaps because the majority of Republican representatives in the House vetoed his amnesty legislation, and now with a Dem-controlled House, President Bush will finally get his wish? I'd say that's a pretty good stab in the back to his fellow Repubs in the congress."

Your post does not make sense. Why didn't the Repubs in the Congress compromise with the President?

"Then get ready to lose lots of elections....you don't stand for America, but rather the new world order, it seems."

Wtf?

Does anybody know what this is about?

you blame others for your loss

How many times a day on this thread is Savage blamed for the loss on Tuesday or in some way harming the Conservative movement? Do we need more 'water carriers' or something?

How is it stabbing anyone in the back to follow through on a campaign promise?

He campaigned on amnesty?

the stooge Hush

Rush Limbaugh is a stooge. He admitted it yesterday for some reason. Must be a 'twelve step' kind of thing.

Honest question: How old are you?

I'd like to know how old you were during Bush 41.

"Did I say thaaaaaaat?"

That's ok. I forgive you, and hope everyone else forgives me for any hurt I may have caused. We are all extremely pissed about the election and should not take it out on each other in an extreme way.

Heck, you'd think this was a Star Wars thread...

Hey, I resemble that remark! ; )

Then again, sometimes the entire FR site resembles a Star Wars thread (with all these references from NRO to Obi Wan).

I am not at all. Things turned out just like I thought they would. I am pissed that the Republican Elite did not listen to their own base though.

Instead of seeing how damaging Weiner is to the Conservative movement, ...

Yeah, one lone voice in the wilderness sabotaged the entire GOP movement?! The only people who sabotaged the election are the GOP-ites who refused to stick to real conservative values and instead went on a spending spree that would make a drunken sailor proud.

Excuse me? What did I miss? I have neither apologized for ANY of my remarks to you or did I ask for your forgiveness 'LORD' Lord-Mandingo.

When and if you ever decide to come to the Savage Nation thread and be civil and treat us with the respect that you would like to be treated with, then we can talk like adults ought to.

Uh, perhaps it's because the lot of them are more conservative than he is? Regardless of what you believe, amnesty for illegals is a pretty liberal stance.

I hate to say it Tamar but I'm afraid that Bush now has the Congress that will push through the agenda that he's most compatible with, spending, amnesty, Dubai ports, Harriet Miers, etc.

I also see that Bush like most liberals was opposed to the South Dakota baby-killing ban. But Keyes outed him on abortion way back when but nobody cared. Goodbye America, was nice knowing you.

"Yeah, one lone voice in the wilderness sabotaged the entire GOP movement?!"

That's stretching it.

I agree that the RINOs and spend-a-holics sabataged themselves as well. I admit both, but I wish you guys would too.
