Website is not adding any more votes for about the last 10 minutes. i think i'll check out and come back tomm. I'm thinking that the senate will end up 49-49 with the Allen/Webb campaigns in the courts for about 6-7 weeks.

x42 won because he received a majority of the electoral votes. Popular vote means nothing in a Presidential election.
Congressional and Senate races on the other hand, are determined by state law. GA requires 50% VA apparently does not, as other have said.
