12% in, Allen 49.77%, Webb 49.02%
>Server seems to have melted down...
Grabbing multiple screenshots to put on this site don't help, either.
earlier someone mentioned that a FOX reporter was reporitng that Hastert was prediciting 30 seat loss. Anything more on this? This si very scary. I am honestly not trying to panic ...
What is wrong with everyone on Fox? Everyone is stuttering and stumbling over all of their words - even Hume and Barone. Every guest and panelist are talking liking they are totally lost.
Ironically, Juan Williams is the only guy speaking clearly tonight.
Republican Allen (Incumbent)
120,883 55% 10% of precincts reporting
Democratic Webb
97,560 44%
Per CNN...
The thing to remember about Virginia is that cities are not part of any county. So the city of Richmond is completely separate from the two counties that surround it, Henrico (west/north/east) and Chesterfield (south). Richmond will go hard Webb, there's no doubt of that. My guess is that Henrico will go Webb but not by a huge margin, and I'm not sure about Chesterfield.
Henrico County is weird. The north side is pretty heavily black and lower-class, the west side is affluent and largely Republican, and the east side is working-class.

turn your tv's off!!!!!!!!!!
Posted on another thread that Hastert denied this episode.
That's because Juan has his words given to him...
"I just saw the opposite...which is true?"
The Virginia Commonwealth website reports votes as reported. It will likely flip flop most of the night. If you see a big jump in votes for Allen, chances are it was a vote total from western or central Virginia. A big jump in the Webb vote, it was likely from Northern Virginia. Eastern Virginia will go both ways.
>Per CNN...
Who has no counties in Northern Va in the results as of yet...
Was reported on this thread that Hastert's office denied the report and attributed it to a democratic scare tactic.
bill schneider of cnn is notorious for holding numbers back. He is a commie!

Marriage amendment should pass easily.
thanks - I can hold of drinking until 6PST then.
Ain't watching network TV or even Fox. Wifey and I are watching "Food Network" - it's the only station guaranteed to not be giving election results. :0)
Exactly...don't listen. Remember '04. Watch the returns on the web instead. And forget about anybody's exit poll.
City of Richmond running 75-25 Webb with 28% of the precincts in...no surprise there.
Allen 50-49, 12% in, and the Green has 1%. I didn't even know there *was* a Green in the race, but darned if they might not end up being the dealbreaker for Born Idiot if he loses.
