I did a computer search and the word Karma is not found.

If you can't say nuthin' nice, don't say nuthin' at all.
Therefore, I have no comment.

(hit post before I was finished)
I did find Karma as part of Hinduism and Buddhism. Maybe we can replace the Cross with a statue of Shiva or a Buddha.
It's ironic that people who are arguing for the primacy of Christianity in the U.S. do so by making a reference to a different religion.
If you're going to take the Buddist route, the guy's probably reincarnated by now anyway.

Where else would sinners go? It's not a question of "Where" sinners go, or even "if" they go to hell.
My point is that God has done everything to KEEP people from going to hell, only to have some of his followers jump up and down with glee everytime a sinner dies and goes there.
It's almost like some Christians are cheering at a bizarre football game, where touchdowns are scored for our team when people go to hell.
When Jesus looked out at the masses and saw all the lost people, he experienced incredible sadness. The Bible did not say 'he got a smile on his face and gleam in his eye knowing that he was about to take them out.'

That's supposed to come LATER... if the Bible is an integrated book we have to deal with such paradoxen.

if there is a karma, he was reincarnated as a cockroach.

Could you meet me at the bank tomorrow morning, say about 10:00? You see, MY truth is that I have one million dollars in my account -- they seem to have gotten the idea that there's only $ 62.45 in there.

Judge not lest ye be judged.
To: Mr. Brightside
So you can rejoice at God's love, but not His Justice? Are they not equal attributes to his Godhead?
I pity the sinner for his choice, but there is no redemption once you enter the gates of hell, so my pity is merely a human response in our vast lack of understanding God.
So instead, hope he got to Purgatory, and pray for his soul there.

My Bible states that angels rejoice when one more is brought into the kingdom.
Does yours state that God the Father and God the Son rejoice when one more goes to hell? You think they give each other high fives?

In other words, you relied upon an electronic device instead of using your own mental faculties and ability to comprehend the examples and principles which were cited to you by myself and other posters.
Dan Quayle was right.
"How terrible it is to lose your mind.
Or not to have a mind at all.
How true that is."
Indeed Mr. Vice President, Indeed.

(The Shah doesn't look so bad now, eh? But nooo, Jimmah said the Ayatollah was a 'godly' man.)

Only verifying my memory. Being human I'm imperfect.
To: Locomotive Breath
And if my computer is also imperfect, please cite for me chapter and verse where Karma, as the other religions understand it, is in the Bible.
To: mkjessup
I understand it's not Christian to hope that someone who disagrees with you comes back as a cockroach (presumably so you can squash him). Kafka laughs. And if Buddha was right, and there is Karma and reincarnation, then someone's coming back as a cockroach but it won't be this guy.

Is that what I said? Again with the attributing human actions to the Godhead. No, God does not 'High five' when someone goes to hell. But i hardly believe that he is grieved. God loves us so much that He will Justly give us what we ask for. If we spend our whole life apart from Him, why would He force us to live with Him for eternity? No, instead, He loves us enough to punish us for our transgressions. It is God's Eternal Love that binds us to the Lake of Fire.
So yes, the angels rejoice when one more lost sinner is brought back to the fold, but if through obstinate, disobedient pride, the sinner refuses to be brought back, he can spend the rest of eternity with the proud, disobedient angels in Hell.

These type comments remind me why I am glad HE is God, versus those "Christians" who enjoy seeing people going to hell.
