He is NOT good looking, far from. I don't like his personality, either -- actually I can't think of anything I find likeable about this guy. Now, if this was J.C. Watts running in the GOP, that would be another story. J.C. is handsome and smart, too.

I think the entire FReeper populus is ignoring how potent this guy can be...especially with Hillary....

Potent for what? For attracting African American voters and man-hating dykes, who already vote 95% for Democrats? For turning Illinois and New York, two of the bluest states, to the Democrats? For firing up Planned Parenthood employees, who are Democrats, to vote Democrat?

Potency implies some benefit they will bring to the ticket. As I have outlined above, there is none. This would be like the Republicans nominating a born-again, hunting enthusiast from Idaho. Sure it will fire up the faithful, but so what? What will bring them crossover appeal?

You seem to be implying the rest of us who don't give a flying rip about his race or her gender should be all scared.

Then we disagree.

I question whether Obama would have the ability to run the country. It's a lot more complicated than just sitting in Congress. The picture is actually quite funny when you think about it. The media needs a champion and since the Democrats don't have one, they're going to build their own. LOL
