I think we should direct this attidue towards Russia before we direct it towards China. Russia is the one with the large battery of ICBMs (even though China could build alot more if they wanted to). And Russia is the one that is the psuedo superpower wanna be. China, on the other, really is heading that direction (to the shagrin of the Hawks).
