JetBlue Flight Disrupted
A Jetblue flight bound for Richmond was disrupted Thursday by the
removal of
two passengers. The plane was traveling from Boston's Logan airport.
We
are told the jet was taxiing when the captain decided to return to the
gate
and have two men removed from the plane. The flight left 40 minutes
later
than scheduled. Officials say there is no indication the incident is
related to the alleged terror plot uncovered in Britain.

Indian flight makes emergency landing
All the 135 passengers and crew of an Indian flight from Chennai had a
miraculous escape after the aircraft's nosewheel got jammed and made an
emergency landing at Kochi airport on Friday evening, airport sources
said.
Fire tenders, ambulances and security personnel were in full alert at
the
airport to meet any eventuality, the sources said.
However, the IC 515 Chennai-Kochi-Goa-Kuwait, flight landed safely, the
sources said.
After the fault was rectified, it later left for Goa en route to
Kuwait.

RWE, Germany's second-largest energy group, is considering building a nuclear power station in Europe but outside its home country in a sign of its increased frustration with the Berlin Government's policy of phasing out such plants.
Chief executive Harry Roels said that planning for a new European plant was at an early stage and would have to be in a country where there was "public acceptance" of nuclear power. RWE could choose to enter into a partnership with another company as the costs of such a move were so high.

Dearborn men charged with terrorism support

DEARBORN – Wednesday, two Dearborn men were charged with money laundering in support of terrorism in a case which critics say is a text book example of anti-Arab discrimination.
Osama Abulhassan, 20, and Ali Houssaiky, 20 were charged in Marietta, Ohio with supporting terrorism after they were arrested Tuesday on a traffic violation.
The two had in their possession a dozen prepaid cell phones and more than $10,000. AP reported Thursday that officers also found airplane passenger lists and airport security information in the car.
The AP also reported, "A municipal court judge ordered that [the two Dearborn men] remain held at the Washington County jail on $200,000 bond each. Both also must surrender their passports.
"Each was charged Wednesday with money laundering in support of terrorism. Prosecutors added a second felony charge on Thursday of soliciting or providing support for acts of terrorism. The two were also charged with a misdemeanor count of falsification."
Assistant County Prosecutor Susan Vessels said that the men should be held without bond and that they lied to police.
Strangely, the charges are not federal in nature. As of Friday morning, the charges were still at the state level, which is "unprecedented," according to Imad Hamad. Hamad is Regional Director for the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee Michigan Chapter (ADC).
The "Detroit Free Press" reported that Ohio passed a law this year that "allows prosecutors to charge people suspected of using money to purchase items that would support terrorists or that terrorists use."
Hamad said that Abulhassan and Ali Houssaiky clearly have nothing to do with terrorism, they have their own business.
Hamad noted that Abulhassan and Houssaiky would find places that were selling phones on discount, buy the phones and then sell them for a profit to others. The two men were not sending the phones overseas as some in the media stated, but selling the phones to a retailer.
Hamad said that the business is totally legal but that the two young men are clearly the victims of bias.
"This is totally a legal business as long as the source of the money is clear, as long as there is documentation and receipts and as long as there is proper tax filing. There is nothing wrong with buying items on sale for a good deal and then reselling them and making a profit.
"Ali and Osama went to a Wal-Mart and bought a number of these phones for sale with cash. It was a salesperson who called the police and told them that two Middle-Eastern men bought these phones.
"The charges are very vague. The state police claimed that these phones contain a certain chip that can be used by terrorists."
Hamad called the claim, "The silliest thing I have ever heard. These phones can be purchased anywhere, including Michigan, it's not like they are special phones."
"Maybe the police weren't aware of this kind of business but they shouldn't have rushed to make a judgment.
"We commend the law enforcement for protecting this country, but that is no excuse for racial profiling and witch hunting."
William Swor, a Detroit attorney representing Houssaiky, said that his client was unfairly treated. He said that police were looking for an excuse to stop the two young men and charge them – the traffic violation never existed.
Swor said that he got his information from an attorney in Marietta but refused to identify his source.
The "Detroit Free Press" had reported Thursday, "According to prosecutors and county investigators, the men were pulled over … after switching lanes without giving the proper turn signal."
"These were college age boys and they were trying to raise money to pay for school. They were buying the phones to resell to a retailer," said Swor.
"It's my understanding that the store clerk was suspicious because they were buying multiple phones and the Department of Homeland Security was saying that this is what terrorists do," he added, confirming Hamad's statement.
"Right now the family needs to concentrate on taking care of each other, this is very stressful," added Swor.
In an exclusive interview with "The Arab American News," Osama Abulhassan's father Subhi said he wanted the public to know the injustice that he believed his son is being put through.
Subhi said that his son Osama, the youngest of five children, is the recipient of many scholarships and is a straight-A student at the University of Michigan. He's also well known for having been a captain of local Fordson High School's basketball team.
"Osama and his friend Ali, who is also a student, but at Wayne State University, decided they want to make a few dollars during the summer break.
"Someone brought it to their attention to buy the phones on discount and resell the phones here to a retailer. They did that a couple times
"Jack Beard [a retailer the two had been doing business with] had already been investigated by the FBI because he was buying a lot of phones and he had been cleared as legitimate. My son was only in business with him for five to six weeks."
But what about the papers in the car? "Houssaiky's mother is an employee of Jordanian Airlines at Metro Detroit Airport," said Subhi. "It was her car that the two were riding in and the papers were related to her work."
Subhi said that he had spent time with his son Osama, Ali and Ali's father Riad, the previous day in Ohio. As he spoke, his eyes began to well up.
"We're feeling very bad about this. All these charges of terrorism are being made and there is no evidence. My wife can't stop crying and it's difficult for her to sleep," he said, covering his eyes.
"If you breathe the wrong way, they're going to link you to terrorism, especially if you are Muslim.
"I would say that every nationality and religion on the face of the earth has its good and bad people. But what this country is doing in its treatment of Islam and Arabs is very bad.
"Any time they get a chance, even any little occurrence, they link it to terrorism. This is not fair."
In another interview, Ali's parents, Nada and Riad, also expressed dispair. "I'm so depressed I want to kill myself," said Nada. She also confirmed that the airline-related papers found in her car were training materials related to her job. "There were no passenger lists," she said. "It was training material teaching us how to get into passenger lists." She has worked for Royal Jordanian Airlines for four years.
Ali's father Riad said the maps referred to in the car were ordinary road maps with Wal Mart stores marked on them because the kids were buying the phones from Wal Mart stores for resale.
"I'm a proud American Arab and a proud Muslim and I love America, but this really hurts," Nada said.

Osama bin Laden’s top lieutenant, Ayman al-Zawahiri, appeared on tape Thursday calling on Muslims to “rise up seeking martyrdom and attack the crusaders and Zionists.”
“The war with Israel does not depend on cease-fires…. It is a Jihad for the sake of Allah and will last until (our) religion prevails … from Spain to Iraq,” said al-Zawahiri.
In Bosnia, a country mid-way in this Jihad’s theater of operations, pressure is building, way ahead of al-Zawahiri’s public announcement, to wage Jihad on crusaders and Jews.
The official Bosnian Muslim media, for example, is portraying Israel’s war against terror in southern Lebanon as an aggression against Muslims and immediately reminds their Muslim readers that US is “ukopava” or digging into Bosnia and is vengefully controlling it so, perhaps, they cannot call upon all Bosnian Muslims, like al-Zawahiri, to rise up and wage Jihad.
On Tuesday, a native Bosnian Muslim jihadist group Bera Ibn Malik hacked the official web site of the ruling Muslim Party of Democratic Action accusing that Party’s leader, Sulejman Tihic, of an apostasy because he approved sending troops to Iraq and expressed readiness to send some to Afghanistan.
Bosnian Muslim weekly, Slobodna Bosna, said that the massage by the Bera Ibn Malik group was “condemning Sulejman Tihic, Muslim apostate to death” and said that “apostasy is a graver sin than infidelity. Those who were born as infidels and remain so throughout their lives will be treated more mercifully.”
Bara Ibn Malik is the group that also carried out last year’s bombing in Jordan and the descriptive word used by al-Zawahiri to rationalize that killing, also of another Muslim, was, as in the case of Tihic condemnation, the apostate.
“It was decided to carry out the attacks against some hotels which were transformed by the tyrant of Jordan into a backyard for the enemies of the faith, from the Jews and the Crusaders, a dirty pasture for the traitors of the nation, the apostates,” the al-Zawahiri statement said and claimed that Bara Ibn Malik Brigades did the bombing.
If Bara Ibn Malik is al-Zawahiri’s terror army, their activity in Bosnia on Tuesday, prior to Zawahiri’s public statement on Thursday, indicates that al Qaeda may have more secure information dispatch channels then Al-Jazeera and that such channels are highly operative in Bosnia.
Paraphrasing al-Zawahiri’s “our religion prevails” phrase, Bara Ibn Malik in Bosnia also called for a perpetual war against non-Muslims until they convert or accept Islamic domination over them.
“Muslims are obliged to wage jihad against those who have not been subjugated to Islam, until they are made to humbly pay jiziya [tax],” said the message.
Jiziya is a tax that non-Muslims are forced to pay in an Islamic country and is a part of an elaborate Islamic religious discrimination scheme, called Dhimma, designed to dominate and subjugate non-Muslims.
According to the Jerusalem Post, Jews in the Muslim part of Bosnia are already under the rule of the Dhimma by being legally barred from purchasing an apartment if Muslim neighbors vote not to allow an infidel in their midst.
“Holders of tenant’s tenure for apartments whose formal owners are wakfs [religious endowment] can not buy up those apartments without previous written approval of the apartment’s owner,” the law states, using the Arabic word and not the native Serbo-Croatian to denote a Muslim nontransferable ownership.
Meanwhile, reports keep surfacing of the recruitment activity by the Bosnian al Qaeda terror cells.
The most recent al-Qaeda recruitment attempt example, according to the Croatian Vecernji List, is of a 33 year old Bosnian Muslim, Elviz Alicic, who renamed himself into a more jihad appropriate Abu Jafir, picked out by Bosnian al-Qaeda recruits because he worked for a TV station and had an ID card that could get him into security sensitive areas.
“The man who offered me money [to blow up] is known by the nickname Shaykh Husayn,” says Alicic. “I had a job in Vogosca television marketing and had an identity card that could open many doors for me… That was probably why some were trying to draw me into that.”
In Serbia, the Muslim minority is also waging a terror war on own apostates.
On July 4, unknown masked assailants sprayed bullets in a drive-by on the the Novi Pazar suburb of Hajet residents known for their support of moderate Muslim and a member of the reformist ruling coalition in Serbia, Rasim Ljajic.
Ljajic’s party immediately pointed fingers on Suleyman Ugljanin, whom many claim has a posse of armed young jihadist that are terrorizing apostates. On, oddly enough, 9/11, 2004 a fight broke out between Ljajic’s and Ugljanin’s followers in Novi Pazar and in the ensuing shooting spree two passers-by were wounded.
The Annual Report by the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in 2004 ridiculed the then director of the Serbia Military-Security Agency, Colonel Momir Stojanovic for stating that “according to intelligence gathered by domestic intelligence services and contacts with security agencies of other countries, in the forthcoming period we may expect a considerable advent of militant Islam and Islamic terrorism in the Western Balkans.”
In the forthcoming period, in 2005, and to a surprise of many in the West, it was Serbia that arrested the Madrid bombing mastermind.
The lesson of the surprise, for Washington primarily, is that it is too busy listening to useless scribes like Sonja Biserko of the Helsinki Watch and not enough of the Serbian foot-soldiers, under Belgrade’s control, who know of the Islamic terrorism first hand just like any Jewish spy in the Middle East.
Perhaps the meeting with Serbian President Boris Tadic with the Romanian counterpart Traian Basescu, one day before Basescu met with George Bush, can convince the embedded Clintonites in Washington, that Serbia is an indispensable friend of the West on matters of Islamic terror, and that independence of Kosovo, opposed by Romania, is an aid to al-Zawahiri and the rest of the Jihadists that masquerade under different names like Hezbullah or the Kosovo Protection Corps.

SECURITY sources believe that a man arrested in last week’s anti- terror raids in Britain is Al-Qaeda’s leader in this country.
Home Office officials say that one of those arrested is suspected not only of masterminding the foiled plot to bring down up to nine transatlantic airliners, but also of involvement in other planned atrocities over the past few years.
They believe that he was instrumental in sending the ringleader of at least one previous British terror plot for training at a camp in Pakistan last year. He is described by counter-terrorist officials at MI5 as the senior figure in a British terror network involving Kashmiri, north African and Iraqi cells.
Scotland Yard believes that the plan to bring down airliners involved up to 20 terrorists who were planning to smuggle liquid bomb components in hand luggage onto nine British and American passenger jets.
Their targets were planes leaving Heathrow and possibly three other British airports later this month.
The bombs were to be assembled on board by combining peroxide and acid-based substances into liquid explosives. The plan was to explode the devices simultaneously as the planes headed for cities in America.
Paul Stephenson, deputy commissioner of the Metropolitan police, said it was a plot “to commit mass murder on an unimaginable scale”. It is estimated that as many as 3,000 people could have been killed.
The thwarting of the alleged plot has, however, failed to quash continuing fears among counter-terrorist experts. Senior security officials have briefed ministers that a “second phase” of attacks may be about to be launched.
At least two suspects escaped last Wednesday night’s police raids. Although they are not thought to be significant players, there remain concerns that they may now be galvanised into taking some form of unspecified action.
Ayman al-Zawahiri, Al-Qaeda’s deputy head, is said to have warned in a message placed on a restricted extremists’ website last month that the terrorist group was planning two large-scale attacks this autumn.
The FBI has assigned 200 agents to follow up any leads that come out of the British investigation. Security sources said that separate surveillance operations by police and MI5 were continuing into a variety of suspected plots by other terror cells.
These included plans, said to be in their early stages, to target ferry ports, the railway network and the London Underground. Police say they are also stepping up patrols at some mainline railway stations.
A senior transport security official said: “The question is: have we got everybody? If they are going to find airports too difficult, the railways aren’t a bad second choice.” However, he emphasised that there was no specific intelligence that the railways were under imminent threat.
Police sources claimed yesterday to have seized “high grade evidence” including chemicals, documents and a video during last week’s raids in east London, Birmingham and High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire.
They believe they have arrested “the ringleaders, the technical experts and the foot soldiers” behind the plot. “The leadership was very professional,” said a police source.
The investigation into the suspected Al-Qaeda leader in Britain and his UK associates was considered by Eliza Manningham-Buller, MI5’s director-general, to be the security service’s single most important line of inquiry.
He is suspected of being behind two “pipelines” which saw potential terrorist recruits being sent for training at camps in Pakistan and to join the “holy war” in Iraq.
The Al-Qaeda leader — who cannot be named for legal reasons— acts as a suspected hub in a network of extremist groups. These include Kashmiri and north African groups based in this country. He is linked to a second suspect also in Britain who has “played a major role in facilitating support for the Iraq jihad”.
A third associate is an Iraqi who came to Britain in 2004 and worked on providing support for British extremists who wanted to travel to Iraq to fight the “holy war”.
MI5 said he acquired weapons in preparation for an unspecified attack in Britain. He was detained in January last year pending deportation to Iraq.
The British leader’s suspected links with other Al-Qaeda figures in Pakistan have been the subject of intense MI5 scrutiny since last August.
It was the arrest of another associate in Pakistan last week that prematurely triggered Operation Overt, the counter-terrorist plan that is said to have foiled the transatlantic airliner plot.
Contrary to claims by the Pakistani government, the arrest was not anticipated in London. There were also conflicting reports about the reasons for the suspect’s arrest.
One Pakistani official said he had been under surveillance for several weeks following a tip-off from Britain. He was said to have been monitored visiting radical imams and seminaries that had been linked to terrorism. The official said he had travelled to some of the same places as Mohammad Sidique Khan and Shehzad Tanweer, two of the July 7 bombers.
Some of those arrested were reported to have travelled to Pakistan to engage in charity work following last October’s earthquake.
John Reid, the home secretary, reviewed the security situation when he chaired a further meeting of Cobra, the emergency committee which is co-ordinating the government’s response.
Although police say that they have arrested all those they wanted, the country still remains on “critical” alert. This means that MI5 believes that a further attack could be imminent.
The Metropolitan police said 23 people remained in custody last night. One person was released on Friday.
The origins of Operation Overt are said by some American officials to have begun in 2003. However, the full-scale inquiry is not thought to have been launched until last August when dozens of surveillance officers were assigned to monitor the British Al-Qaeda leader’s home.
A Pakistani official close to the intelligence services there was reported yesterday as saying that there may have been a British mole planted by the security services inside the terror cells in the UK.
Two of those arrested last week are said to have visited Pakistan in the months before the planned attacks. They are said to have met Matuir Rehman, an Al-Qaeda suspect and specialist in explosives.
After the two Britons returned to this country, they are believed to have received a wire transfer of money.
Pakistani authorities say the man arrested there last week had fled the West Midlands several years ago. He had received training in explosives at Al-Qaeda camps along the Afghan-Pakistan border and had organised Al-Qaeda funding for the organisation's leader in Britain.
One agent said he had been under surveillance for several weeks following a tip-off from British intelligence which had been following up several Pakistan-related leads from its investigation into last year’s July 7 bombings.
It was British detectives who uncovered the role of the man arrested in Pakistan last week and tipped off their Pakistani counterparts.

Mosque pleads for calm after being linked to eight suspects
A mosque in Walthamstow, east London, is emerging as the hub where a number of the terror suspects may have met each other and become friends, writes Abul Taher. At least eight suspects worshipped at the Masjid-E-Umer mosque regularly, three of whom were well known to those that run it.
Waheed Zaman, 22, lived opposite the mosque on Queens Road, and is believed to have prayed five time a day. Zaman, a final-year biochemistry student at London Metropolitan University, is understood to have become friends there with Ibrahim Savant, 25, a white convert to Islam, and Muhammed Usman Saddeque, 24. All three were known as “good Muslims” to mosque officials.
Savant is believed to have converted to Islam about five years ago.
It is understood that the Hussain brothers, Umair, 25, Nabeel, 22, and Mehran, were all frequent worshippers at the mosque, though they are known to have worshipped at others in the area. They used to sell alcohol-free perfumes outside mosques during prayer times.
All three brothers are believed to be students at universities around London.
A senior Muslim leader said brothers Assan Abdullah Khan, 23, and Waheed Khan, 25, also visited the mosque.
The Umer mosque, which is one of the biggest in the area with a capacity of about 1,300, adheres to the strict Deobandi sect of Sunni Islam, which derives from the Indian subcontinent.
No extremist Muslim groups have infiltrated the mosque but it is believed that local fanatics have distributed leaflets outside during prayer times.
Iqbal Mehtar, a trustee of the mosque, said: “Every mosque has that problem. There is nothing we can do about it.”
The mosque does allow a missionary Islamic group, Tablighi Jamaat, to preach inside. The sect is known for its tendency towards secrecy.
Western security services have in the past accused the global Tablighi movement of being a “conveyor belt” for terrorism.
However, members of the Tablighi Jamaat say they do not advocate any kind of terrorism or violence, and forbid their followers from discussing politics during prayers.
The Umer mosque, which was formerly a synagogue, was reopened after a refurbishment that cost more than £2m three years ago.
This weekend friends of Zaman rallied in support of the arrested men outside the mosque. Mohammed, 24, a fellow student at London Metropolitan University, said: “Wahid used to do a lot of community work on his own. He used to go and force people to get off drugs. He used to preach to them about Islam.”
Another friend of Zaman, who identified himself as Ali, 30, said: “Look, this mosque has had no problems with extremism. It’s just a normal mosque.” The IT consultant added: “These people they have grabbed cannot be the people they really wanted because if British or US intelligence are saying they are capable of bringing planes down then we are very worried. These are very simple people who would not be able to do this.”
Last week, after Friday prayers, Maulana Shoaib, the imam of the mosque, appealed for calm.
Reading from a statement, he said: “The Masjid urges the Muslim community to remain calm and assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation.
“We urge all to be mindful of the fact that despite what is said in the media people are innocent until proven guilty.”

In previous articles I identified an Oklahoma terrorist network and an associated national AlFuqra terrorist network that the FBI, DOJ and State Department have known about but refuse to put on a terror list or move against in the US for over 16 years. These networks were involved in the 1993 WTC, 1995 OKC and 2005 OU bombings as well as the 9/11 attacks and are run by Hamas, Hezbollah and AlQaeda agents and Islamic terrorist sleepers in the US:

The Oklahoma terror network is centered out of mosques in Tulsa, OKC, Edmond, and Norman at the University of OK (OU). Moussaoui trial documents show that the former head of the OU mosque, Nidayea, spoke to Hussein AlAttas about plans for jihad (9/11 attack plot) in August 2001 at the time that AlFuqra member Menepta (Melvin Lattimore) had driven to Minnesota from Norman to bail AlAttas and his roommate Zacahrias Moussaoui out of jail. Lattimore was also involved in the 1993 and 1995 OKC bombings. A current leader in the OU mosque, Abdul Rahman Al-Basir (aka Billy Martin) is a close associate of Menepta and has had ties to him in Kansas City.
Eyewitnesses have said that OU bomber Joel Hinrichs attended the OU and OKC mosques before he attempted to enter the OU stadium at a football game and detonate an AlFuqra style TATP bomb. The Arab instructor Hossam Barakat (who is from Brooklyn) was taken for questioning by the FBI out of a 3 am early morning "gathering" (party?) attended by Hindrichs roommate Fazil Cheema, and Fazil Cheema's and Hinrichs' other roommates and associates immediately after the OU bombing.
Given witnesses who place Hinrichs at the OU mosque and Barakat's associations with Hinrichs' roommate Fazil Cheema and their associates, it is highly unlikely Hinrichs would not have also known Barakat and the OU mosque leader Al-Basir.
The OU, Tulsa, OKC and San Diego mosques directly tied to the 9/11 attacks are controlled by the Saudi financed North American Islamic Trust whose director, Mujeeb Cheema, may be a relative of Fazil Cheema, Joel Hinrichs OU roommate. Records indicate that Mujeeb's sons were also students at OU.
Mujeeb Cheema, a Pakistani possibly connected to the pro Islamic Pakistani ISI, is suspected of involvement in the OKC bombing, OU bombing and 9/11 attacks (suspected of helping hijacker AlGhamdi who attended Spartan Flight school in Tulsa). Mujeeb has worked for a company Hawkins Oil in Tulsa that has been directly operated with the help of former Secretary of State Bud McFarlane and Terry Lenzner, a close associate of Hillary Clinton.
In the late summer of 2005 FBI agents in OK wanted to infiltrate the OU mosque and Muslim Student Association (they had recruited and informant) but were blocked by pro Islam, pro CAIR FBI Director Robert Mueller. Shortly thereafter, the OU bombing occurred, but not before John Richter, the top DOJ criminal division attorney (Michael Chertoff was Richter's predecessor) was dispatched to OK once again. Richter had been brought into OK shortly after 9/11 to protect Menepta and the FBI involvement with Menepta. Richter signed on to a press release handed out on Oct 2, 2005, one day after the OU bombing, prematurely and falsely declaring the bombing was solely a suicide and not related to Islamic terrorism at the OU and OKC mosques.
A number of 9/11 hijacker pilots went through and visited the Norman, OK Airman flight school including Atta, Moussaoui, AlShehhi, AlHazmi and Bin Laden's personal pilot when Menepta was at Norman and OU. AlShehhi and AlHazmi and Moussaoui stayed with Menepta in his Norman apartment. Although the Norman Airman flight school is now closed, OU still runs a flight school and gives a degree in flight aviation including to Islamic students who could the terrorists just like the 9/11 hijackers who trained at the Norman Airman flight school for 9/11. An investigator has learned that one of the OU flight school students, a Mr. Z, is a member of the OU Muslim Student Association associated directly with Basir's OU mosque.
FBI agents in OK and at all US universities including USC, Georgia Tech, and UCI have now been stymied and blocked from monitoring mosques and Muslim Student Associations on campuses as a result of direct orders from pro Islam and pro CAIR FBI director Robert Mueller. While Mueller continues to falsely claim he is having the FBI adequately monitor Islamic terror groups in the US like AlFuqra, AlQaeda, Hamas and Hezbollah, the FBI has had its eyes and ears shut by Mueller pro Islam edicts that guarantee that the FBI cannot know what is going in Saudi Wahhabbist sponsored terror mosques at universities in the US.
The June 2006 Toronto, Canada and Miami, Florida terror cell busts by the FBI have many things in common which the FBI and DOJ have not told the public. Both involved black Muslims recruited by AlFuqra, Muslim Student Association and mosque operatives from Georgia Universities. One of the cell leaders had sworn allegiance to AlQaeda.
The Miami group was inspired to attack a favorite AlFuqra and AlQaeda target, the Sears Tower in Chicago that had had earlier attempts and casings by black Muslims.
The Toronto cell members had living and business addresses and contacts in US states including Utah, Washington, New York and AlFuqra stronghold, Virginia. Two OU Islamic student brothers, X and Y, and Menepta (freed by Richter) could easily have provided assistance and guidance to the Miami and Toronto terror cells. Menepta has lived in and has close AlFuqra contacts in Georgia where the help to both cells originated.
The FBI has been informed of suspicions that the X & Y brothers may be tied to the OK terror network, AlFuqra and an active AlQaeda cell in Toronto. X was a close associate of Menepta while Menepta was at OU. X, who holds a biochemistry degree from OU, now is studying in Toronto, Canada.
The AlQadea operative Adnan Shukrijumah is a pilot with WMD and nuke bomb training that has been at Toronto universities. Shukrijumah went to the Norman Airman flight school when AlFuqra member Menepta was at OU, and may have been introduced to and worked with Menepta and Mr. X first at OU and later in Toronto.
If the FBI would be allowed by Mueller to monitor the Georgia, Virginia New York, Utah, New York and Oklahoma Muslim Student Associations and university mosques, we might now know more about and be able to interdict the rest of these cells' contacts and network support including possibly AlQaeda, AlFuqra, Hamas, Hezbollah, Shukrijumah, OU's X&Y brothers and Menepta who are still allowed by Mueller and the DOJ to operate in the US and Canada.
AlFuqra member Rodney Hampton El worked for Pakistani AlFuqra founder Jilani and AlQaeda leader Khalid Mohammed to recruit US military personnel in Florida and other US locations after the first Gulf war for the 1993 WTC and OKC bombings at the same time an place that Tim McVeigh and dirty radiation bomber Jose Padilla were living and who were connected up by AlFuqra member Menepta to do the OKC bombing.
AlQaeda mastermind Khalid Mohammed sent Zacaharias Moussaoui directly to Norman OK to live with Menepta. Khalid Mohammed sent Jose Padilla back into the US after 9/11 to attack the US before Padilla was captured. Khalid Mohammed likely sent Adnan Shukrijumah into the US to get help from Menepta to finish the job that Khalid had wanted Padilla to do.
FBI operative Ali Mohammed brought Khalid Mohammed and Zawahiri to OKC in March-April 1995 to meet Menepta and Hamas and AlFuqra members of the OK terror network, set up more Islamic terror networks, and help lay the groundwork for the OKC and OU bombings, the 9/11 attacks and future terror attempts.
Hezbollah is the "A" team of terrorists in the US and like its helper, AlFuqra, has had cells and training centers near more than 10 major US cities for 20 years that the FBI and DOJ has known about but has not tried to stop or get off the streets. Hezbollah, AlFuqra, AlQaeda and Hamas will likely hit Jewish and Christian religious and educational centers and businesses in the US as a result of the war in Lebanon and the orders and threats of Islamic terror leaders in Iran, Syrian, Hezbollah, Hamas, and AlQaeda.
There is a continuing Bush policy of intentionally allowing KNOWN collaborating terrorist networks, groups and members of AlQaeda (5 known cells in US), Hezbollah (thousands of known members in the US), AlFuqra (responsible for more US attacks than any other group), Hamas (300 agents in the US) to circulate in the US for years without getting them off the streets before something really bad happens like the possible use of nuclear bombs or a dirty radiation bomb, release of a contagious disease, shooting down or blowing up of a passenger airliner, etc.
I provided to the 9-11 Commission and to Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert formal quotes from the New York Times and a PBS Documentary of White House officials and senior FBI officials (Dale Watson) describing this ongoing failed policy of allowing KNOWN terrorists to circulate for years in the US without taking them off the streets. Hastert's Chief of staff asked me to inform the legal counsel for the 9/11 Commission John Roth of this failed policy. However, the 9/11 Commission report intentionally refused to address this failed policy. Here is an excerpt from my report provided to Hastert and Roth "Counter Terrorism Antecedents for the 9-11 Attacks":
What should further concern the Commission is that apparently the FBI has convinced the administration to go back to the old way of operating PRIOR TO 9/11 to continue to monitor for years members of six known large AlQaeda cells inside the US without taking them off the streets. I refer the Commission to the following quote in the NY Times article by DON VAN NATTA Jr. from Aug 23, 2003, "Six Groups Said to Be Monitored in U.S. for Possible Qaeda Links":
"American officials have limited their actions so far to intensive surveillance of the suspects, who they say are spread across 40 states, in order to gather more information about their plans and organization, the officials said. The decision to continue the surveillance, rather than to detain some suspects, reflects a strategic shift by United States government investigators. They said they had concluded that at this stage it was more valuable to try to learn more about the groups' activities and possible plans through extended observation. "
Chicago FBI agent Robert Wright has publicly complained of this failed policy that led to his FBI superiors ordering him not to open criminal cases against known terrorists connected to 9/11 in the US prior to 9-11. Mueller later fired Wright because of Wright's complaints.
In furtherance of this failed policy Dallas FBI SAC Danny Defenbaugh used Dallas police officers from 1998 to 2001 to track known AlQaeda members and cells in the US associated with the 9/11 attacks without taking the known AlQaeda members off the streets prior to 9/11.
The FBI cannot keep track of the flood of illegal immigrants being released into the country (as a result of Bush policy) who also may be terrorists or terror sympathizers/sleepers who will be meeting up with or being recruited by the known Hezbollah, Hamas, AlQaeda, AlFuqra agents and networks already allowed to be here. Read this recent finding published in an internal audit of the Department of Homeland Security Illegals From "Terror-Sponsoring Nations At Large in US":
Almost half of the illegal aliens arriving in the U.S. from terrorist-sponsoring or "special interest" nations in the past few years have been released [over 45, 000] into the American population following their apprehension. This key finding is published in an internal audit of the Department of Homeland Security.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), run by John Negroponte, sets policy on whether or not terror individuals, facilities, cells and organizations are moved against or allowed to operate if the DNI wants them spied on but also risk a terror attack in the interim (if he waits too long or loses track of some of them) rather than enforce existing laws, roll them up and get them off American streets sooner.
The DNI should be asked why AlFuqra is not on the US Terrorist List and why current US laws are not being enforced to move against KNOWN and active Hezbollah, Hamas, AlQaeda and AlFuqra, agents, members, training centers cells and sleepers collaborating together at US training centers, universities, mosques and in US Muslim Student Associations.
Since the DNI reports directly to and takes direction from the President as a cabinet level official, the President should also be asked to answer the same policy questions about allowing AlFuqra, Hamas, Hezbollah and AlQaeda terror organizations and known members to operate for years in the US without enforcing existing laws to get them off the streets sooner.

Question: The group headed by Shaykh Gilani used to be designated by the State Department as a terrorist group but it was taken off the list. Why?
Answer: Jamaat ul-Fuqra has never been designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. It was included in several recent annual terrorism reports under "other terrorist groups," i.e., groups that had carried out acts of terrorism but that were not formally designated by the Secretary of State. However, because of the group's inactivity during 2000, it was not included in the most recent terrorism report covering that calendar year.

AlFuqra is the leadiing terror organization helper of Hezbollah, AlQaeda and Hamas in the US and is being proteceted by the US State Department.

Another person to add to the list of names associated with the Middle Eastern terror connection to the OKC bombing is Terry Lenzner, president of IGI, close to the CIA, a close associate of Hillary and Bill Clinton as well as a friend of the Pentagon terror advisor in 1995, Jesse Clear. Lenzner contacted KFORTV reporter Jayna Davis by letter in 1995 and offered his services to investigate the Middle East terror connection. Lenzner and Clear investigated the Middle Eastern terror connection to OKC and found evidence to support their suspicions.
However, Lenzner also worked for Tulsa OK company Hawkins oil who employed Mujeeb Cheema, a Paksitani Muslim tied to the terror group AlFuqra, the Paksitani ISI, and is a director of the Wabbabist North American Islamic Trust. Cheema is strongly suspected in the Middle Eastern terror connection to OKC and NAIT operates all the mosques in the US that have been identified with the 1993 WTC and the OKC bombings and the 9/11 hijackers stretching from the East coast to California. A relative, Fazil Cheema was the Pakistani roommate of the 2005 OU bomber Joel Hinrichs.
Mujeeb Cheema is on the list of witnesses that should be called in Congressman Rohrabacher’s September hearing on the OKC bombing along with Terry Lenzner. Cheema appears to be connected with 9/11 hijacker AlGhamdi who attended the Spartan flight school in Tulsa.
Rohrabacher’s OKC bombing hearings should fully explore the terror activities of AlFuqra in the US and why AlFuqra has intentionally been kept off the US State Department Terror list. Secretary of State Condi Rice and FBI Director Mueller should be called and asked about this.
The FBI and Steve Emerson have recently claimed that the FBI is on top of Hezbollah operations in the US. It is a hollow claim because the FBI continues to do nothing to stop Hezbollah’s protected helper in the US, AlFuqra.
AlFuqra headquartered in Pakistan is working closely with AlQaeda, Hamas and Hezbollah around the world and inside the US. AlFuqra, like AlQaeda, is based in Pakistan and its leader is Sheik Jilani. Reporter Danny reporter was trying to track down Jilani and his close associate, Khalid Sheik Mohmmed (KSM) in Pakistan when Pearl was beheaded. KSM sent hijacker wannabe to live with Melvin Lattimore while Moussaoui attended the Norman, OK flight school.
Yet AlFuqra has been kept off the official US terror watch list for over 20 years even though AlFuqra has been involved in serious terror attacks, has thousands of members and scores of terror training centers in the US. See list of recent AlFuqra terror involvement at end of this article.
Why does Jilani get a free ride with US law enforcement and Congressional committees?

Congressmen Rohrabacher and Saxton knew from their director, Joseph Bodansky ( House Task Force on Terrorism -1995) of the AlFuqra terror connection via Lattimore (Menepta) ties to McVeigh in OKC (Travelers Aid) and at an AlFurqra training center at Talahini OK near the white supremacist compound Elohim City, called and visited by McVeigh to see the German national Andreas Strassmeyer. AlFuqra, like AlQaeda, is based in Pakistan ant its leader is Sheik Jilani.
Joseph Bodansky had identified in his book "Terrorism", that AlFuqra operations (pages 148-165) in the US has been known to the FBI, CIA for over twenty years and that AlFuqra has worked with AlQaeda, Hezbollah and Hamas on terror attacks in the US including the OKC bombing. Dana Rohrabacher and James Saxton have known about AlFuqra in the US for years and have done nothing to pressure law enforcement to dry up AlFuqra in the US. AlFuqra was directly involved in the 1993 WTC and 1995 OKC bombings and the 9/11 attacks. yet AlFuqra is NOT on the US state Department terror list. Rohrabacher and Saxton should be asked why they have not pressed to put AlFuqra on the terror list..
Here are some very recent examples of Al-Fuqra's violent history in the US:
John Muhammed, the Beltway sniper had direct ties to Al-Fuqra.
Richard Reid, the shoe bomber, who used TATP, had direct ties to Al-Fuqra
Joel Hinrichs, the OU bomber who used TATP, had direct contacts to Al-Fuqra members in OU's and OKC's mosques as well in Colorado Springs.
Menepta (Melvin Lattimore) involved directly in the 1993 WTC and OKC bombings as well as the 9/11 attacks is an AlFuqra member.
Sean Gillespie from Tacoma Washington came to an OKC Jewish Center and fire bombed it around 2003. He is another example of a disaffected (feels disenfranchised) white supremacist skinhead "lilly white" likely used by Islamic extremists like AlFuqra in Tacoma to carry out attacks in OKC as they did in the 1995 OKC bombing. Nichols and McVeigh met up with Lattimore and they were considered as lilly whites ( McVeigh went to a Christian Identity compound -Elohim CIty- of white supremacists even though he had worked with blacks before) who worked with the Black Muslims Lattimore (Menepta) and Joe Cecil!

AlFuqra and AlQaeda will recruit and exploit any people who feel disenfranchised (with a grievance) to carry out US terror attacks-every one from Blacks, white supremacists, illegal immigrants (from any country, not just Mexico), native American Indians, inmates, etc. This in fact did happen in the OKC bombing case. The Chinese, North Koran and Russian communists are giving AlQaeda and ul-Fuqra guidance on how to use these disgruntled people for their purposes to attack and weaken America.

The FBI used agent Kerry Myers to track this group in Florida with Israeli and US dual agent William Northrup for over 13 years. Hamas leader Meshal was also directly connected with this OK network until going to Syria like Sallah to be protected and work with Syria, Iran and Hezbollah. Mesahl is now in Egypt with Egyptian Islamic Jihad. Close monitoring of Meshal's and Sallah's activities in Egypt and Lebanon is needed especially if they attempt to make contact with Mrs V and other members of the OK network to help Hezbollah carry out attacks in the US and OK. Abdulqader was Hamas' top fundraiser in Oklahoma and associated directly with HolyLand foundation and the OK terror network. He has been indicted but is working in Texas on highway designs. GW Bush and his Saudi friends and attorneys (Akin and Gump) were directly involved at HolyLand Foundation in Richardson Texas with Khalid Mahfouz, Dr. H (lives in Ok), AbdulQader, Idris, Alamoudi, AlArian, etc. Bush has used the DOJ and FBI to directly cover up this involvement.

Abdulqader (Hamas, HolyLand Foundation) and Meshall are brothers and both have been and are close to Ramadan Sallah. Sallah and Meshall were protected by Syria after leaving OK and the US after the OKC bombing. Sallah was head of Islamic Jihad and both Sallah and Meshall are working to help Hezbollah and Hamas. Sallah was the target of a raid at an OKC mosque March 13, 1995 known about by OK Congressman Ernest Istook and associated with the OKC bombing and Sammi AlArians group at the University of Southern Florida tracked by the FBI a (agent Kerry Myers) and dual US, Israeli intelligence asset William Northrup.

Answer: Jamaat ul-Fuqra has never been designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. It was included in several recent annual terrorism reports under "other terrorist groups," i.e., groups that had carried out acts of terrorism but that were not formally designated by the Secretary of State. However, because of the group's inactivity during 2000, it was not included in the most recent terrorism report covering that calendar year.
