Looks like some Metal concert in Beirut has gone wrong!
Look at the shadows on the guys legs and the direction, then look at the shadows on the building, The sun has moved. These were taken at different times of day.
I am so disappointed and disillusioned by your doctored imagery in your released photo of the Beirut bombing. I have always considered Reuters to be a reliable source of news - now I will always have to wonder.
