Plus the gunman looks like he has black outline all around his body.

That's really bizarre - maybe the same source (kevin frayer) selling his photo unethically to both Reuters and AP, representing that it's exclusive to each.
It may be the Hazbo's are feeding the photos to these news agencies.

It is just too perfectly pretty.
This is a big fire (like a fuel dump) redone to look like a Hollywood-esque explosion. The black smoke behind the "peacock" is the original smoke plume. It would take a really big ass bomb to have a prayer of driving the "peacock" contrails that high. But generally, even if they did hit a fuel dump or similar, first-order detonations don't look like this.
The big chunks of something flyin in the air on the upper left hand side suggest to me that someone took a picture of a (much smaller) mortar or artillery strike and composited it over a fuel depot fire.
That makes a lot of sense, althought I am not an expert in the aftermath of bomb drops, or mortar strikes.
It's really hard to tell if that was really from Baalbeck. The report was a hodgepodge of reports filed by different reporters. Honestly, it looks like someone edited together CBS studio footage with other reports. The part with Green Helmet Guy could have been file footage from Qana.
