I thought this was San Francisco at first but then I remembered they have strict gun control laws /sarcasm
Not if Collin County asks me to do my civic duty and sit on that jury...
Vic,
News from the weekend.

Oh boy, an anti-social who probably started out torturing animals. Luckily, if you can call it that, he's been apprehended early in his life.
Don't fret...
His defence lawyer will take one look at you, read your juror profile and you'll be out the door so fast your chair won't have time to get warm!!
...as for "punk boy", I think I might have more pity for a rabid dog.
i live across the street from this shooting, was home at the time, and actually heard the gunshots.
not sure what kind of music the kid likes, but he's a scrawny little asian kid.
apparently his classmates said he didn't have many friends and wasn't fond of showering. even his parents said he was unstable.
frisco now has about 80K people and is growing.
Sounds like he's seriously ill, given your description. Thanks for the info.
We have friends who live in this neighborhood as well as some residing on the street where the Jis live. No one that I have spoken to has even seen this teenager, and the family apparently moved in in 2005!
Personally, I'm thanking the Lord that this teen didn't snap three weeks later than he did, as school would have been in session. Praise the Lord that no one was killed, and that the injured teenager is expected to fully recover.
Hey droogie,
Have you heard and seen the latest?

I posted an update for the locals...this teen is being charged with two counts of attempted murder as an adult. He was *****released****** on 100k dollars bond yesterday.
The teen has said he wants to be a serial killer.
“He don’t listen to me,” said Ji. “He and I don’t always eat together. We’re not together very often.” Frisco police found several books about serial killers in the teen’s room, and his father is convinced that the books are what influenced his son.
On Tuesday, the parents visited their son at the Juvenile Detention Facility.
“I say to him, ‘Edward, you want to go home?’ He say ‘No,’ “ said Ji. The father asked his son about Chevalier and last Thursday’s attempted shooting in his own neighborhood, saying, “Edward, you know these people before?”
The son responded, “No,” to which Ji continued, “Then why you shoot them?” The son responded, “I’m crazy.”
Ji allegedly told police he wants to be a serial killer....I like that in a young man. High aspirations.
How can citizens learn about the provisions of his bond release? He has to wear an ankle bracelet but I don’t know the size of the area in which he is allowed to roam.
I’d THINK the police would give details of the release.
The policeman I spoke with this morning didn’t know how the monitor was set. 50 ft.? 100 ft.?
I haven’t a clue. It seems the monitoring station would be like a GPS site that would set the parameters of one block, one mile or whatever. I know Martha Stewart was allowed her to he office, to awards presentations, etc. and I ‘d guess a readout showed her route, where she was, how long she was at any given point and if she deviated from anything agreed on too much she would have been in contempt. I don’t think these bracelets are for setting off alarms, just tracking. Unless someone is specifically watching that ankle monitor 24/7/365, he could do anything until they looked at the readout (the next day). Pure speculation on my part.
