Flint, Michigan: Ahhhh, the city where Micheal Moore claims to be from (although he is really from Davison, a suburb outside of Flint). Grew up the latter part of my childhood in Flint and can attest to it being the filthiest, most corrupt, dirtiest place I have been outside of Detroit.

Back in the '90s, Flint and Gary, Indiana used to trade places, year after year, as being the most violent cities in America. Gary must have cleaned house because they are nearly off of the top ten list, although for a city the size of Flint, neither Gary or Flint should be anywhere near the top.

Hey, I'm not on the Bush photo-op thread. I agreed with Jim that I would not post on the "Bush-lovers only" threads and he's been cool enough to allow my dissenting views. I was a long-time Bush fan until the last year or so (my record of being a Bush-bot is well documented in the archives), but Bush is turning out to be, in my opinion, a sell-out. You love him, I don't. You post on the Bush-lovers-only page, and I won't.

I disagree with the President on some issues, but to compare him to Carter is absurd. To say that he's a sell-out is laughable. And no, I don't post on the Day in the Life or Pray for Bush threads.

IN MY OPINION, Bush is our Carter. Carter was an embarrassment to his party, thus his being limited to one term. Bush, I believe, and the poll numbers support, is an embarrassment to our party, but the alternative was John Kerry, thus Bush's very narrow win (and my vote for Bush while holding my nose).
