He's fraud and a snake oil salesman.
You know to be fair. He probally isnt a fraud. I think he might just be sort of unstable. I mean we have seen reports of his past. I am willing to bet he didnt see much of this money.(even thought he has set up this corp in Arizona). I think he gets his thrills speaking in front of folks and traveling. Who knows he might have been taken in by these people

At this point nothing would suprise me. They prob have devices on the porta potties where you have to pay 50 cents every time you use it
