As densly populated as Gaza is, their threat is really kinda sad and almost comical. Not in the sense that innocents will certainly die, but that Al Aqsa is that stupid.
So I am going to make a few strategic guesses.
If you have gas weapons, then Israel should fight on your property, since gas is only effective gainst civilian populations.

Off hand, I can not think of a better way to quickly bring a end the the Pali state then for them to carry out a NBC attack on Israeli civilians. The world support that props them up would end overnight.

They couldn't use nukes in such a small localized area. Even battlefield nukes (assuming they exist) would spread radiation into Israel and other neighboring countries. Even the suggestion that they would consider this option is moronic on their behalf. Israel is well equipped with protective gear and the result would be the exodus of the palestinian people (those that survived the retaliation that is).
