Thank you. The taxes that I pay are high. I d pay though. The IRS get's way too much of money as it is. If they do not like it - they can find me and all the legally obtained tickets that they may want.

I play the home version of the lottery- I take 2 dollars from my wallet and throw it out the window.

You did.

If you claimed the losses from the tickets as your own on your tax return, but didn't actually spend the money on them -- that's tax fraud.
