Now that's funny!
thanks for the word of caution. It's always a mistake to count those chickens too early. Radio guys just said results won't be known till Friday, that thousands of absentee ballots were turned in at polling places today.
That's true. Remember how John Kerry felt that evening in November of 2004.
Some repub guy is saying that the 8% lead is very encourging since it's mostly absentee ballots that came in before the recent controversy over the recording of Busby on illegal immigrants.

I believe he was the chairman of the California Republican Party.
On the other thread they are reporting Bilbray 50.52%, Busby 43.35%, 100 / 500 precints reporting
Busby is doing great running on John McCain's amnesty platform! (sarcasm)
Yeah, he gained about 500 votes.
It looks like a pretty good night for conservatives in Calif. The Dems can't be happy.
If Bibray wins this (and holds Busby at 45% which is similar to Kerry's performance in 2004 in this district) with the Minutemen-endorsed candidate pulling another 5%... I have a feeling that many Congresscritters are going to start talking more about building a wall, securing the border, and deporting illegals!

Those went heavily for Busby, she went up 323 votes in only a 4.8% set.
Hopefully that was all the paperless voters.
