Sean Hannity said something about Capt. Kimber at the beginning of "Hannity & Colmes" tonight, but I didn't watch the program. I don't know if they had Kimber on or just talked about his statement.

This was the capt. of a company involved. He was not a battalion commander either. He was the commander of 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines; India Company.
The battalion commander was Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani. The company commander of the squad involved in the incident was Capt. Luke McConnell Kilo Company.

Is Hackett the Democrat Congressional candidate that was "rolled" by the Deaniacs? Yes
Is Hackett a junkyard-dog-mean attorney?
No idea.

Captain Kimber has just been introduced to the Big Green Weenie. Since he made it to Captain I have a feeling they already met. :-) But it appears the Captain has no intention of grabbing his ankles, so to speak.
